            <description>Hotlink’s Tablet Plan is a plan i&amp;#39;d used for few years. &lt;br /&gt;I used to subscribe 2GB  at RM45.00 for 365Days (01125757339). I seldom reload it, unless i used up the quota before the due date. But once i reload i&amp;#39;ll reload extra as it valid for long time (  &lt;!--emo&amp;:o--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='ohmy.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;  i never thought that one day the account will suddenly terminated and all the credit gone like that &lt;!--emo&amp;:o--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='ohmy.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; ).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For the pass week, i realize the connection is not stable, therefore on 16 Nov 2017 i went to local store to check and plan to change it to nano sim card. The staff told me that my sim card was terminated although a day before i&amp;#39;m still in service, and all the credit inside were gone. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How come this is happen with an actively used sim card?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i&amp;#39;m really  &lt;!--emo&amp;:angry:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; unhappy &lt;!--emo&amp;:angry:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;  with this kind of service provided to a loyal customer who using this plan for few years.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Does it related to I&amp;#39;d rejected the store staff who sell me the new broadband plan? that&amp;#39;s why they can simply do something behind the PC monitor as that time they already have my Ic to check all the detail? the account is still active (with balance credit and balance internet quota) when i step in to the shop and once i reject them they told me this account is terminated and within 10 minutes the card totally have no signal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;until now i still cant believe what is happen to the routine plan i have use for few year and get terminated suddenly. The subscription suppose is due on apr 2018.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is the agenda behind the whole thing now?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;GIVE ME BACK MY &lt;u&gt;NUMBER&lt;/u&gt;&amp;#33; &lt;br /&gt;GIVE ME BACK MY &lt;u&gt;CREDIT&lt;/u&gt;&amp;#33;</description>
