            <title>Car Loan Problem</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4690067</link>
<description>Hi, recently I wanted to purchase a second hand Suzuki Swift 2010. Went to the dealer and they tried for full loan. Turns out I could not get full loan and had to come up with a deposit of RM 4800. I told them it was too much and could only afford RM 2k, but they gave me a solution. They said they would give a discount of RM 1k and the balance (RM 1800, after I pay the RM 2k) I would have to pay to the dealer RM 600 for three months. I verbally agreed but did not sign any agreement yet. I signed the AEON papers earlier coz they said if they get the money they would send to AEON straight. I payed the RM 2k first but still haven’t sign any agreement to pay the balance (RM 600 X 3 months) because I was in a rush and they had not prepared it yet. After discussions with my mom and thinking thoroughly, we decided to decline everything and to not take the car. The dealer even said earlier if you decline the deal the RM 2k that we payed would be burnt. We did not care about the RM 2k so I told the dealer that I would not want to take this car. They then said that they have changed the car’s name under my name and that they already have the money from AEON. They even showed me the grant under my name. I then told them how could you proceed whilst I haven’t settled the deposit fully, in my case I have not signed anything to prove that I will pay to them RM 600 monthly. After a little going forth and back they then told me they would give me the keys only if I pay them RM 1800 in cash because they said they could not trust me. I keep on telling them that I do not want the car but they’re saying it’s too late now. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t picked up the car yet. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Guys if you understand my story please do try to help me with a soulution. I’m in a dilemma. Thank you</description>
