Do I have rights to refund my laptop?

Hi all, as title says, I am wondering if I am able to refund my laptop that I bought less than 2 weeks ago.

I bought a Asus Vivobook S15 8th gen i5, gt940mx from Jayacom lowyat branch. On the first day of using it, the laptop already had some issues with windows such as laggy ui and taskbar not responding properly. Also noticed Cpu usage was often at 100% and ram usage was always around 70% even when I just turn on the computer!!! (note this is out of the box performance). I thought it was just the Asus windows with bloatware that is slowing down the computer, so I uninstalled most of the bloatware but there was still a little lag.

Within the first week, I tried playing some older games on my laptop. The laptop overheated and shut down immediately. My older laptop which was a asus x455 with dual core i5 and gt920m was able to play this game without any problems. After a week, my laptop had some serious issues. It began to bsod randomly while using it halfway and reboot straight to bios as hard disk could not be detected. The laptop would boot into windows if I was lucky, but after just booting into windows it would go back straight to BSOD screen. I decided to take it to jayacom to see if I could try to get my laptop fixed.

The guy at jayacom helped me to replace my hard disk and ram without charging me as I told him warranty needed minimum 1 week and I needed to use my laptop urgently for assignments. When I reached home, laptop felt fine for first few minutes. But as I tried to uninstall Asus bloatware apps the uninstalling process would be stuck and I wasn't even able to open task manager to close the frozen app like how I described the taskbar unable to function properly. I also tried to render videos with my laptop but during the export process the laptop would shut down after 2-3 mins. Is it normal for specs of this laptop unable to handle video rendering? I also need to add that sometimes while just browsing facebook the temperature would be around 50C...

So, I am wondering if I should ask for a refund or just send it for warranty...because I am sick of this laptop keep on giving me problems and I would rather just trade it for something else.
