sister joined a bank few months back.. one of the "perks" is the lower interest rate for home loan. need to restructure the loan (i.e. pay money for the agreement cost). once you leave the bank the rate will follow back market rate.

so i asked her to take up the loan but she said the process is troublesome, and not many of her colleagues take it up. but few hundred bucks differences in interest rate per month is damn good isn't it.

any of /k works for bank has any opinion?

This is to keep in line with Works Minister Baru Bian's statement that only one RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) sticker will be allowed per vehicle in Malaysia.
