I'm quite skeptical towards Tit Tar actually. Whilst Western doctor advised to use icepack starting from the moment you got sprained to reduce the continuous bleeding and swell until the injury is healed and no massages, Chinese physician promotes massage and broiled herbs which gives a totally different perspective!! So which is which? Any expert here?

I would like to share a very unpleasant treatment that I received from MAS Airline recently.

I check-in at LHR airport and was informed by the ground staff the screen faulty and given the option to choose a new seat and advise to seek the refund of seat reservation fee in Malaysia. When I requested the refund, MAS contact center asserted their right for no such refund, TWICE.

I went on to write an email to dispute center and I got an offer of 300,000 enrich points which equivalent to some RM100 ringgit which of no use to me as I don't fly with MAS airline often. I requested a cash refund, however, was rejected said this was against their refund policy.

As a customer, I PAID for the advanced seat reservation. If I don't get the reserved seat and we have to end up choose whatever seat that leftover, what makes me difference than others who DIDN"T PAID for advance seat?? First, MAS Airline denied the refund, then the force customer to accept their loyalty points. I felt a brutal cheating by MAS I felt.

I paid RM150 a premium seats for a 2 seater seaets with more room legs and end up I got to go for leftover seat that squeeze into the standard seat and no refund.

I hope my case would give a reference to the public to make a prudent purchase when they go on a holiday with MAS Airline.
