Year End Car or Early Next Year Car?

Based on my understanding after googling the related topics in this forum, the comparison of Year-End Car vs. Early-Next-Year Car is that, Year-End Car will have a better price promotion. However, I'm not sure if this applies to CKD car or foreign car. Is this also applicable regardless the brands of car?

I'm eyeing a Mazda CX-5, am leaning to buy at this Year-End if got sale. Thanks for advice =)

I got this laptop from a lucky draw after I made a bulk purchase of workstations and ancillary products.
Based on MSI's statement, this laptop is installed with Windows 10 (original license). No other software is installed.
If you need other software like Steam, games, Google Chrome you need to install yourself.
I do not want to switch on the laptop so the laptop can stay virgin until your hand.
On the day of COD, you and I will switch on the computer together, check the condition together and we make sure everything is ok before you leave with this product.

I do not need it because I got a workstation at my house already.
