[Survey] Help needed from Malaysians who

If you are a Malaysian who has worked abroad, but have returned to Malaysia, I need your help to fill up this survey. I am interested in the motivation or reasons behind your return. I would really appreciate it if you could also help to circulate it among your relatives and friends who qualify.

p/s: This is an academic piece of work (not-for-profit), we received a small grant from the university which allows us to allocate RM500 (RM100 x 5 Jusco vouchers) to 5 lucky participants.

Even though the cover page stated 20 minutes, my friends generally completed it in 5 to 10 minutes.
