Can I buy a car with my L license? I`m quite a slow learner in driving cars. I'm thinking of paying by installment.

Sorry for posting this question. I want to know is it possible for me to withdraw money from ATM using foreign credit card? My credit card is Master card. Foreign credit card do not have chip unlike Malaysia credit card.

No Sound in Windows XP Pro

I have actually install sound blaster 5.1 card into my pc and also install the driver into it. But when I try to play music, there is no sound from my speaker. Is it something wrong from my speaker or my sound card.? My OS is Windows XP Pro.
