Laptop Screen Repair

My company got a HP laptop's screen is black after turned on. But when i connect to monitor , the display still can on.
I've send to ALL IT (Ikea) and the technical said screen got problem and it cost rm260 but an hour later, the technical called me again and say that the on board VGA card got problem also. He said it can't be repair.

May i know is it true?

Anyone can suggest me any place can be repair with reasonable price & service.

External Hard Drive Problem

Anyone know what is the port beside the usb 3.0? (check attachment)

I'm planning to convert ext HDD to int HDD. Anyone got any idea?

It's because i can't read or write by using as ext HDD. It's say the HDD become RAW. I did tried use iCare data Recovery Software to recover and PC hang when start to recover. So now i try to plug it into my desktop and check whether it open or not. I got plenty of important data inside that i cant afford to lose it.

Anyone can helps me?

Shift Worker Issue

My working company is an airlines company only has 1 batch of shift workers. Normally working hours if flight not delayed stated as below:
Mon - 9am - 4pm
Tues - 12am - 8am
Wed - 9am - 4pm
Thurs - 9am -4pm
Fri - 12am - 8am
Sat - 9am - 4pm
Sun - 9am - 4pm

1st Q, Company can request this working hours?and consider as normal working rate not OT!!
2nd Q, If flight got delay (e.g, 1pm-8pm then working again 12am-8am [not OT, consider next working day]), can company request worker to work for less than 8 rest hours? How many rest hours entitled for a shift worker before start next working day?
3rd Q, only can claim OT if flight got delayed (sudden situation),but if too many works to do and have to stay back after working hours is NOT consider as OT. And those work cant just leave it and continue next working day coz have to done/send all thing to next destination (Airport) before the flight arrived.
4th Q, any law got stated above situation? any law can protect shift worker?

Any pro here can advise me!!!
