2020 GLC or 2019 X3 or 2020 Macan?

Hi guys, I'm looking to get a new car, but after tons of google there's basically sites/reddit/forum that are more sided to each of these, so I want to try asking in local forums instead of reddit

I'm considering between:
2020 Merc GLC200 - Around 280k
2019 Pre-reg BMW X3 - Around 270k
2020 BMW X4 - Around 365k
2020 GLC300 Coupe - Around 400k
2020 Macan - Around 430k

I'm usually driving around 100KMh, not use to driving too fast, so I'm more prefer on the look, and because the facelift codename is confusing for me I want to avoid buying something that new facelift coming out soon and make my car looks dated

Some Questions About Taxes & Accounting Sole Prop.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but please help me out, I have tried to search online but still confuse on some topics about tax and accounting standard for my enterprise (sole proprietorship).

So I'm running a retail business where I source accessories for mobile phone (casing, protector, car holder, etc.) and sell it on online marketplace such as lelong, 11street, my blog, facebook, etc. Also having a small store under renovation which I'm going to sell those accessories in the store.

my sole prop is registered at Dec 2018 (2 months+ ago), and I have been using my personal bank account to do business, just registered a business bank account last week.

1. Do I need to file tax at this year June 30, 2019 ? (At the moment the gross income is around rm4k, but I'm not sure if it will be more than rm35k for 12 months, which is the limit of filing tax)
2. As my business nature it's a retail business, do I need to hire / outsource accounting? To be honest my accouting is a mess right now because I don't know how to do record
(Outsourced accounting seems to be start from rm1k/mo which I am afraid I won't be able to pay every month, because I'm not sure how will my business go in next few months or years)
3. (I'm looking into solutions like cloud accounting software such as xero / quicbooks, but I am bombarded by the options in these software, I'm not sure how do i record each transaction)

Most of my business transaction falls into buying stock, retail sales, paying commision of marketplaces, and other sorts of expenses like website hosting, facebook ads, etc.

Really hope someone can shed some lights to me...

First car recommendations below RM70k?

Hello guys, I'm looking to buy my first car very soon, however, I need some recommendations. I've looked into the Volkswagen Polo 2017, which is around RM70k, not sure if it's a worth?
I wanted to spend less if possible, but safety has to come first.

I'm 23, don't have fix income, but makes about 10k monthly, originally I thought about getting C-Class, later found it not a smart idea, as most websites suggest the rule of 20/4/10, which is 20% down payment, 4 years of loan, 10% monthly repayment, so that means something around 60~70k for me.
