Switching Unifi Modem/Router(?) To Tplink

Hi there, for all the sifus/tech savvy out there. I encountered a weird problem.
Starting from today, I switched to Unifi from Maxis due to various reason.
The technician finished setup the modem or router (The model name is ZXHN F6600P) for the unifi, and there's internet, which is correct.
However, I tried to link it with my tplink router AX73 but ends up no internet on the tp link router for some reason.
Then I noticed, is the unifi router a modem or a router? I am confused with the fibre wire direct connect into the router itself and it has internet, previously using Maxis I was using a modem connected then only conenct to the router, but this one is different, like two in one.

This is how I setup the TPLink Ax73:
1. Make sure the LAN Port 1 from Unifi Router is connected to TPLink Router WAN port.
2. Connect to the TPLink Wifi.
3. Login into 192.168.0.1.
4. Setup the PPPoE ID and Password following from the Unifi's router.
5. Changed my tplink's IPTV/VLan to Mode: Malaysia Unifi.

And that's about it, but still no internet and redlight from TPLink Router itself, am I missing something? or do I really have to purchase a new modem myself just to use TPLink router?
Or do I not bother at this point if the Unifi router is stronger than my old TPLink router?

Switching Maxis Stock Router to TP-Link AX73

Hi people, today I just got my maxis fibre installed and they've set up the stock router as well. At the same time I already have my third-party router TP-Link AX73 ready, so I tried to move over to the new router but it doesn't seem to have internet despite having the correct PPPoE name and password ( I asked the technician and he gave me ). I was wondering did I miss any part wrong.

I do remember that the technician seems to mention about let the maxis stock router run 24 hours first for something related to MAC address, is it because of that? or did I set up something wrong for the new router?

Is Allo Fibre any good?

Apparently my area only has Allo Fibre and Maxis Fibre installed, I am planning to grab either one of them, but I have no idea and heard of Allo before.
May I kindly ask any Allo users out there, is it good and stable? Because the package they provide is crazy cheap compare to the others and faster.

I do a lot of remote works, online gaming like Apex, and hosting minecraft servers as well, so I definitely need to port forward and have a public ip to work with. Please do let me know your thoughts on these two ISPs.
Currently the newly added utility poles, cables and white box seems like are done, so shouldn't be too long in my area, Taman Kota Kulai here.

Unifi Fiber or Maxis Fiber?

Hi peeps, I want to get some advice and suggestion which one is better under certain circumstances.

I am a WFH guy and recently there are poles set up in my area, and seeing unifi poster and maxis poster which is available soon enough in this area for applying their packages.
Currently, I am using Maxis Home 4G Wifi, and it is not ideal, having random disconnection uncommonly and speed is quite slow as well but usable for working, so definitely switching to fibre once they're available.

The question I will be having is, which one is better?

I often host servers to play games with friends, and port forward seems to be a very troublesome issue for maxis, unifi seems to be the best choice for me so far.
But when it comes to the stability of the network, I have no idea about those two, only hear news about maxis often having high traffic sometimes causing the unstable network going on, not sure about unifi.

I am planning to grab a 300mbps package.

Any thoughts?

Maxis Home 4G WiFi Speed Cap?

Does Maxis Home 4G WiFi has speed cap? I always encounter an issue where from 8pm to 12pm, the internet speed somehow works fine (download speed seems to be the usual speed) but for gaming it went crazy laggy all the time.
Except out of these hours, playing online games works fine for me.
I am using the sim card along with TP-Link TL-MR100.

I tried customer service, and they said it is unlimited data and shouldn't have any peak hour cap or anything like that, and it is very likely my router is defect (because I didn't grab the router from maxis since it requires contract plan), but how would the router is defect only in these hours.

Ryzen 5 3600 No stock?

What happened to Ryzen 5 3600?
2 months ago I was checking the price it was around RM800 and there are stocks around but right now they went up to RM 1k and no stock on retailers.

Any idea when are they going to restock? I am planning to get a new PC soon before Cyberpunk 2077 comes out.

Unable to access certain sites

Hi everyone, sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.

I've encountered this issue since yesterday when I got back home.

Apparently, I can't connect to Discord either website or the application. No matter how I load the website it just keeps connection timed out.

For Facebook, it seems like there's "heavy" loading/lag experienced when using it.

These problems didn't occur on the other websites, network downloading speed works fine such as using steam, gaming, forums etc yet only specific for above those 2, and ONLY happens when I using WIFI. Mobile Data works fine for discord and facebook, doesn't have any problems for them.

Notes:
1.) Discord server is always up, I've been checking other countries or some of the people in KL don't have this kind of troubles (Some of my friends have these issues, all happened in the same day(10/9/2017)).
2.) I've tried changing the DNS into google DNS, doesn't work.
3.) I'm not using proxy servers.

Any ideas what happened?

Thanks in advance, and sorry for the troubles.
