Hi Guys & Girls,

Currently, I have F&B kiosk business running inside private university campus. The ROI is really good because the overhead cost is very low. Rental rate and utilities is really-really cheaper compare to shopping mall. The daily sales also quite impressive since fast food is the preferred choice of student who are rushing to class / lecture.

Based on the positive factor above, I have two stage that I want to implement as an expanding plan;

Stage 1: Small / Mini Kiosk - Very low capital startup for investor; within RM7500 - RM10,000. Target location will be in private universities/ college/ school which students are less than 5000.

Stage 2: Proper Kiosk (With kiosk structure, sink, and tidy image) - Medium capital startup for Investor; within RM15,000 - RM25,000. Target Location will be in public higher learning institutions, polytechnics which students are more than 5000.

For the time being, I want implement Stage 1 first. All the record for the current sales I will share to the potential investor.
