Advise on setting up Mesh for Unifi

Hi all,

My Kitchen coverage is quite bad. Thinking of setting up a mesh. Can you advise based on below?

-router : TP Link Archer AX73
-UniFi 500Mbps

I just want better coverage in my Kitchen and questions below :

1) if I use TP Link Deco M4, do I need 2 units or 1 unit is sufficient?

2) any other compatible Mesh that is not too expensive that can also be Used?

Hey guys appreciate if there are Coway NEON users here and I would like to ask :

this is a Non Reverse Osmosis filtration which means it should not be flushing out waste Water

1) would any use be able to share if there is still flushing of waste Water? If yes, is it a lot ?

2) how is the Water flow pressure, is it consider as slow?

(WTA) External water tank, Disconnect ceiling tank

Hey all,

Just exploring for my 2 storey home. Plan to reduce the load on ceiling and was thinking of this :

1) Install a large external stainless steel tank on ground floor in the Garden area with a pump after it

2) Disconnect existing water tank in the ceiling. Just worried that it cannot take the load and somehow collapse one day ( I know I am paranoid)

Is this possible? Which means water from New Ground floor tank pump up to the top and flow down from top without entering ceiling tank

Ceiling tank will be left empty, won’t be in use anymore

3) For external tank. I think i might need to do a conrete base just to ensure it can take the weight. Usually do we need to put "steel" for the concrete base?

I have swapped the power plug to an extra iphone plug of 5w 1a 3 pin plug I have. So far 2 days in a row, No issues with "Device Offline" problem.

Guess, that's the cause of the issue. Hope it clarifies here. Thank to members for pointing out the potential issue

Anyone here can advise. My C300 camera goes offline very often. Already had a 1 to 1 replacement.

It can be offline for hours then comes back. Wifi, electricity everything is perfectly fine

Hi all

New 1.5T X70 launching today.

This thread for sharing purpose for those who have test driven it after the launch.

Do share the following :
1. Comfort (it shd be the same)
2. 1.5T engine is powerful enough? Since it’s a smaller engine, wonder if it struggles?
3. Noise level of engine from inside? Acceptable? Same as current?
4. Any other comments that you felt like sharing

Actually more like wanted to know how is the performance of 1.5T engine in this car.

P/s : yes will go test drive it later for sure but just asking for comments on early test drivers 😀

Maxis Call Quality Issue Recently

Just wanted to know if it's my phone issue or Maxis issue.

i) Drop Calls very frequent
ii) Talking after a while , the other party will sound like a robot or wont be able to hear them
iii) Maxis 4G data kinda slow

are you guys facing the same issue? (i) and (ii) is almost happening on every call

Hi all,

I noticed there is a slight static and buzzing sound from my AirPods 2 on my Iphone 12 pro max. This only happens when watching movie or music.

I tried using it on my android phone and its perfect. No buzzing/static

suspect it may not be Airpods issue. Anyways to trouble shoot or to tweak around my Iphone for this? I did "Forget Device" and repaired ...but still the same

Do you guys think smokers are at very high risk? especially when they smoke together and yes, you can see smokers still smoking together these days.

No mask, and they are blowing practically the droplets into the air. Really hope there are initiatives to create awareness. To smokers, nothing is more important that not being to smoke

Disinfect Car / Car Seats from Covid

Hi All,

Just for discussion sake, what do you guys normally use to disinfect or wipe the leather seats with? What's effective vs Covid and wont damage the leather?

I use "CIF All Purpose" for my seats for now. So far it doesn't damage my Leather Seats, it has Benzalkonium that if I m not wrong it is effective against C-19.

I wipe weekly and after that I Spray with Dettol Disinfectant Spray (not much just a bit)

Mind to share other ideas?

I have been buyung Neutrovis mask Blue (RM19.90)From pharmacy all these while

But recently i notice everywhere out of stock for Blue Neutrovis

So i bought it on Shopee, but i notice below :

Shopee :
- its softer
- earloop is thicker
- there is “Neutrovis” on the mask (pharmacy doesnt have) , maybe its New design?

Just wondering If it’s fake
