All this time I always thought Japan was close with Germany first but it turns out it was Kuomintang China who was close first with Germany before Hitler dumped Chiang Kai Shek. Nazis became China's millitary advisers and helped train their troops. Just something unknown to a lot of people.

Youtube playlists question.

I've heard that the best way to increase your views on Youtube is to create playlists. Just a few questions.
1)If let's say you have selected someone else's video to be in your playlist,let's say video H and you put your own video M just after video H so that everybody viewing video H will see video M as it comes right after that. What if other people have their own playlist in which they have made video H to come after their video T? Will there be some sort of conflict of playlists? How will the Youtube system decide who's playlist should be the one that is displayed(on right side of screen) to the viewers who watch video H?

2)Will some people get angry if they see you made a playlist that includes their video just so that it can make your view count go higher?

3)Sort of related to the question 1. If four people make playlists that include video H, whose playlist will be given priority to appear on the right side of video H? I would guess priority will be given to the playlist of the owner of video H.
