            <description>&lt;u&gt;Broadband provider&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ISP/package: Celcom Broadband&lt;br /&gt;Location: &lt;br /&gt;Have you called your ISP&amp;#39;s helpline?: Yes, but did not helped much&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Personal equipment&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modem: &lt;br /&gt;Router: &lt;br /&gt;Firewall used: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Problem details&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First occurence of problem: &lt;br /&gt;Problem frequency: &lt;br /&gt;Problem description: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I tried to install the Celcom vodafone mobile connect to my laptop. (Vista), but i kept getting this error while installing it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;quot;This installation package could not be opened.
