- i would like a PC A folder to be share whereby PC B (or any other computer from outside of the workgroup )can access it.
- i've setup dyndns in PC A
- PC A has a network internally (WorkGroup) and is sharing fine
- but i would like 1 or other pc to connect to PC A

basically i would like to MAP the drive in PC B , can i do it ?

Current issue

i'm trying to create a workgroup between XP and Vista

2 Laptop's XP and 1 Laptop Vista

i ran network wizard on Xp's and Manually keyed in the workgroup in Vista , i can't seem to see each other,

i'm using a TrendNet TEW-435BRM ,
so i tot it was router's prob, and i tried to use a DLink's DIR-300 , same case ,
i found out tht i can't ping each other, including the 2 xp's ..

i tried :

disabling anitiviruses/firewall
recreating workgroups

btw , i'm able to go online on 3 comps

wht else yould the sifu's require to know ? is there any setting on the pc i can do where i can at least let the computers ping ?

hi guys , would like the sifus here to recco on a good program to test hardware's stability , like stressing the hardware to check on wether are they stable or in good condition or not ~

wht softwares do u guys recco ,

i have a comp here which is quite old but i duno wht might hav cause it to restart sometimes ,

its a P3 996Mhz with 512 RAM and an ATI RAGE 128 PRO gpu but its sometimes or most of the time restarts when playing pinball and sometimes solitare

but its stable and running smoothly when the user only checks emails or surfing the net

i would like a software where i can check the memory , processor or hdd for stability , any recco ?

or wht else u guys can recco me to check ? ?

hi guys .. need a lil help here ~

there's a prog tht i need to share among to comps , is it possible ? erm i don't really know wht prog is it , but it has a server which i need to on it 1st before opening a client , now this is only running on a single computer .. how do i link it once i've created a network ?
