Hosting home server with unifi home internet

I would like to host a home server that some services are able to be access externally.

I did port forward and dmz, I wasn't able to get them working.
I'm wondering does unifi allow such function or do I need to pay unifi to unlock certain server hosting functions?

Where to buy Japanese books excluding kinokuniya

Not sure if this is the right place. I need to get some Japanese business self help related books. Kinokuniya does have enough variety but the price is double.

Anywhere, online or store I can get Japanese book closer to Japan retinal price? Say 1000yen book = rm40 instead of rm65 in kinokuniya?

Issue neighbour parking and blocking door

Recently I had some issue with neighbors keep parking and blocking my entrance.

It is a guarded community. I have lodge complain to management and it seems no avail.

I do not want to resort to harming their vehicles.

Will city council entertain such requests/ report of ppl illegally parking?

I have talked to the owner directly, it seems no avail, I do believe im dealing with a nasty neighbor.

Would like to resolve this in a civil and manner way.

What are the proper channels I should contact to?

I'm using a Sony a6400. Often I see these 2 lens almost at same price.since my body has no IBIS, wanna know how much does the OSS help compare to sigma f1.4

Is there any bank that accept USD in cash, as I will manually find the best exchange rate then deposit then in month or weeks interval. Bank offers terrible conversion rates, which makes me wanna convert in cash then deposit

Retirement calculator

Anyone here know a good calculator for retirement. I find that all calculator on the net is rather limited and does not reflect real savings.

Example, i have RM100k as starting. Each month i contribute RM1k on top to this saving for 300months , the interest is 4% per annum. For each month additional contribution + interest progressively. On top of that each year i will contribute 5% more of 1K(assume salary increase)

Is there any calculator that is that precise?
