Mine an Ipad 2 16 Wifi I bought few months back. A month ago I noticed I couldn't swipe through one part (in fact, one 'row' of the screen'). Does anyone faces this problem before?

I bought mine online via apple store, where can I send back for 'checkup'?
And does Apple cover such defect under their warranty?

Hi, I need to move my kitchen sink 2 feet away from the current position. Can someone recommend a plumber in puchong area to do that? Also since I assume that hacking of wall is required (the pipe is 'wall mount') can I get some contact on small tiling work to retile back the hacked wall.

Been checking out E71 but couldn't decide whether to get AP (RM 1230), CSL (RM1590) or Zitron (RM1650). Anyone has any experience getting an AP set of E71? Any problem with GPS and the WIFI?

Vista Installation problem

Hi guys,

I bought two Compaq Presario v3759 notebook and planning to install Vista Ultimate to both of them.

I managed to install to one of the notebook swiftly without problem but not the other one.
The installation halted/paused at the 'Completing installation...' page.
The only difference is one of this notebook has 2GB Ram while the failed notebook having 1GB Ram. And I removed the FreeDos for the one failing to install Vista. Could that be the problem?

Could it be the unable to recognize the SATA HDD issue?

Any idea what could be the cause of the problem?

What lens should I get for D40

Hi guys,

Been using D40 kit for more than a year now. 18-55mm proved to be a very good lens for amatuer like me.
Right now I would like to move up a notch by getting another lens but I am not sure which one to get.

I normally uses my D40 (starting with highest priority) for
1. Taking picture of flowers and objects (but not micro)
2. Taking pictures of people and pets
3. Taking picture of scenery

I wanted a 'sharper' lens but not necessary fast lens.

Any recommendation?

Slower speed via router than direct dial via modem

Hi all,

I have just installed streamyx recently and using the modem was a breeze. I can easily get up to 1.5Mbps. But when I hooked up the modem to the router (Dlink 500g) and have the router autodial, my speed drop substantially even though I am alone on the router. The modem that I am using right now is the one supplied by TM named Billion (which I believed include built in router as well to the modem) so I wonder is that the cause of the substantial drop in the speed?

Can I know if any of you are using the same modem as I am and face similar problem?
