Is it worth.Im working in sentul.For time being,im stay renting for RM 1200 monthly.No choice bcause im a fmly wit mom and son too.Soo i eegerly to buy a property asap.I heard sum says tat area full of pak hitam and sum says tat condo got sum prbln.Im helpless..Plss guys help me..

Hi guys..

Im planning to buy apartment since im tired of paying RM 1,500 rent monthly for the past 3 years.Im in sentul.My budjet is around RM 250K.Since my working area is araund klcc,im searching a property near it.My wife suggest me to buy Flora damansara Apartment (Damansara Perdana) or Idaman sutera condo (setapak).Which one should i choose.Hope you guys can guide me.
