Requirements:
- Assist, meet & greet customers arriving at KLIA (assisting at arrival hall, immigration counter & baggage handling)
- Arrange itinerary for customers travelling to Malaysia
- Provide translation assistance for marketing team (from time to time)
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Able to work for 6 months on a full time basis
- Able to do standby work to pick up customers arriving in the evening or weekends (standby allowance will be paid)

Airport Guest Relation Assistant

Remuneration: RM2000 (basic) + RM450 Fixed allowance (with additional standby allowance and off day/PH work allowance where applicable)

Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen with SPM qualification and above (fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply)
- Well versed in Mandarin language both spoken & written
- Willing to work on weekends/PH or be on standby at the airport as and when required

Responsibility :
- Attending to customers arriving in KLIA from China/Taiwan
- Meet, greet and assist customer at arrival hall/immigration check/ baggage claim
- Drop customer at designated Hospital or Healthcare Centre
