People always misregard the important of blessing in life.
They work so hard, they think by hardworking can bring them success

Perharps its true that because hes hardworking, he becone rich.
But even with big moneh, he never feel happiness, yet he is overwhelmed with so maby debt. His car always got broken.
So despite of having big money, many of tbe money gone wasted to pay debt, used to repair.

Yet another humbke guy i know, not so rich.but he always help others regardless. But despite of small money, he still able to buy house, do own diy. Car seldom broken. He got 13 kids.. b these 13 kid supplemented hjs need.

I ask them nicely to out. 3 month period already given. Also still refuse to out. Give so many excuse.
Even TNB also dont pay.
3 month have passed, tenant still refuse to went out. Said got lawyer bla bla

Now im stuck. I go google, u cant halau, u cant even change key too, can even got sued by tenant
All that left is to put eviction notice, which also need money
