Renovation Approval

Hi, wanted to check whether anyone knows. Am in a dilemma. Am eyeing a double storey corner house which the owner did a back kitchen plus 2nd floor renovation with some ground extension to the side as well. Owner does not have approval from local council when they did it 8 years ago.

Question is, if u were to buy the house and do my own groudn extension would I get fine for the previously done work?

Also, if I were to just do ground extension do I still need council approvals?

Appreciate if anyone can point me to the right direction.

WTS - Brand New Nikon 1 J2

Hi All,

As the title refers - i have brand new still in box Nikon 1 J2 (2 lens) for sale. Got it as a trade off for something else and have no use for it (not that much of a photo buff). Warranty and all still intact. I think lowest price out there is round RM 2200 so my opening price is RM 2000 still negotiable don't worry.

It's white in color. My new old house comes with a nice wooden sliding door but the only problem is that it has designs that is not to my liking (flower flower kind). Tried to pry the pieces but to no avail...not sure if anyone knows of any kind of chemical that can be used to solve this!!??
