Legal or illegal

My friend is working at a company and as an affiliate of some few services (where he introduce client to the service provider and they give him commission).

His company need to buy service from some people and it happens that he is affiliate of the service provider. So the thing is, he is also the one who represent his company to purchase those services.

Now he receives affiliates commission for every services that he purchased for his company. Is this legal ? Because now he worry when declared tax, and government ask what freelance your are doing, then how? Can just tell them the truth?

Someone please tell me what is my friend thinking

I have a friend of mine, being friends for almost 7 years. We frequently hangout together and I know him since secondary school. So the thing is like this.

I told him that I got an offer for quite high salary and I thought he will be happy for me. But Since the day, he keep telling me how much he got in his bank and when he calls me, he will be in very bad mood and very lan c me too.

From that onwards, I try to talk to him nicely and even treat him to eat dinner to celebrate. But when I treated him dinner and the bill was only rm100+, he said ” so cheap, should eat more”. I know it's cheap but at least I got treat him to eat, unlike him didn't even treat me this amount before. And this sentence should not be said to your good friends, right?

From the day onwards, he sometimes called me and talk nicely but sometimes not. We didn't meet each other for 4 months since that day. This is the first time that we didn't hangout for quite long time. And when I called to ask, he will say “because you're busy”, bit he didn't even ask me to hangout, how the hell that he know im busy?

So I want to ask people here, is he jealous for what I have and should I continue be friends with him? He still will call me sometimes. Between, I am a girl and he's a guy.

Hello, i am working as a full timer at a company and do freelance sometimes too. The jobs are mostly in Malaysia and income is rm3k-4k per month. Questions comes here:

1) Do i need to declare tax for such amount? (is there a minimum amount of earning to be eligible to declare tax?)

If yes,

2) What should i keep and do to declare tax? (do i need to keep conversation, email, invoices between client and i?)

White Dragon King Chow Yam-nam (Bak Long Wong)白龍王

Anyone here know about Bak Long Wong 白龍王 (in Chinese) or AKA White Dragon King in English? I know that he is famous in fortune telling and many says that he is very accurate and able to advice what you should do to avoid unfortunate incident happens. But he passed away on 2013, and his daughter AKA Yellow Dragon King is his next kin.

Anyone know if she is accurate as his father not? I am looking for very famous fortune teller. Some recommended me to seek from Joey Yap for Bazi consultation, but he is now charging rm25,000 and his students charging rm680. But i don't know whether his students are reliable not. If anyone tried before, can tell me ba?

Serious comment which is helpful only please, i know i may sound superstition.

Hello, this is my first time here, and the purpose of opening LYN account is because i wanted to join a Chat Room/WeChat or Whatsapp group that all online gamers will be in there, so we can play game together. If such as group or forum is existed, can introduce me?

I really miss my childhood during play online games with friends, but seems now after grow up, all dislike playing games anymore.
