Help Verifying Scam or Not

Hello, I was planning to adopt or buy an American Eskimo and I found and Ad on AdPost where was was one up for adoption. I contacted the person and she was a Sister and her reason for giving away the puppies was because she is now sent to a convent in Myanmar and apparently pets are not allowed to be kept in convent there. She first told me that it will cost RM650 for one puppy and RM1200 for 2 to be sent from Myanmar to Malaysia. So I asked for a little more information about the puppies and she sent me some pictures of the puppies and now she told me that it will take RM700 for a puppy to be sent here.

I'm trying my best to not doubt her as it will be rude to doubt a person who has no bad intentions but with so many scam cases up I do not know what to do. I hope someone please enlighten me or give me some advice to prevent any cases of scam. TQ
