            <description>I was looking at these 2 developments. &lt;br /&gt;Both are 3 bedroom unit and priced below 500k. &lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m looking to stay in one of this unit for maybe 5 years then sell it. Which will have better resale value in the future? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here&amp;#39;s my comparison: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pros Tuan&lt;br /&gt;1. In middle of KL. Near to publika (10mins) , curve (15mins) , etc.&lt;br /&gt;2. Freehold&lt;br /&gt;3. Potential UOA development at Taman Bamboo. 7 mins away. &lt;br /&gt;4. Low dense. Only 1 block. &lt;br /&gt;5. 480psf&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cons Tuan&lt;br /&gt;1. 20 units each floor&lt;br /&gt;2. No close amenities. Lifestyle?&lt;br /&gt;3. Only 1 car park&lt;br /&gt;4. Nearest MRT Batu 10 minutes away by car. 1.2km&lt;br /&gt;5. Easy exit to Jalan Kuching but have to make a long U-turn to access the other side.&lt;br /&gt;6. surrounding area&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pros PV Semarak&lt;br /&gt;1. Cheap entry price 400k. RM443psqft&lt;br /&gt;2. Potential MRT Semarak&lt;br /&gt;3. Two carparks&lt;br /&gt;4. Got Balcony&lt;br /&gt;5. Potential mall by MRCB&lt;br /&gt;6. Potential renters. UTM students, working people KLCC, BB and TRX area. With MRT it could be higher. But target market would be middle class young working people. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cons PV Semarak&lt;br /&gt;1. Block B too close to Block C. &lt;br /&gt;2. Leasehold 99 years expires 2114. &lt;br /&gt;3. Not much lifestyle. Have to commute to Setiawangsa and other townships for lifestyle. &lt;br /&gt;4. 28 units each floor. Very high dense. 2,000 units&lt;br /&gt;5. Unit 10 facing north east and facing block C. &lt;br /&gt;6. Close to &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whats your opinion? which one is better?</description>

            <description>Hi, all. I&amp;#39;m looking for a 3 bedroom unit for own stay, preferably new project condo/ service residence in KL area. Size around 800sf is and price below 500k. With lrt/mrt in the area is an advantage. &lt;br /&gt;Currently I found Tuan Residency, skysierra and M Vertica.&lt;br /&gt;I would avoid jalan sentul pasar tho.&lt;br /&gt;Can anyone help me on suggesting me some more options?</description>

            <title>1 bedroom vs 1+1 bedroom</title>

            <description>I was surveying for a condo/ service apartment which is walking distance to lrt and mrt. most of the units within my budget is 1 or 1+1 bedroom. Usually the price difference between this 2 sizes nett below 60k.&lt;br /&gt;What do you guys think about the rental of these 2 type of unit? does the 1+1 can command higher rental? does any of you have experience about this.thanks.</description>
