I'm malay female, looking for 3 more females to live with me alongside others.
The place would be in M3 Residency, it is literally 5 mins walk to LRT Taman Melati. 1092 sq ft, 4-5 rooms in total.

The amount of rent would be RM350, RM450 (shared toilet), and RM700 (for biggest room + own toilet), excluding bills and wifi, and no aircond.

PM me if you would like to see more pictures. It isn't furnished yet but I will make sure there will be a bed, mattress, curtain, wardrobe and mirror. Kitchen basics like cabinet, fridge and washing machine, and dining table and TV will be provided as well.

How to sell an unwanted phone?

Hey there before i was an iphone 5 user. Recently because of the stupid ios11 bug i thought there were something wrong with my phone because it keeps turning on and off. and then i thought of changing the battery but i called the authorised seller and it was rm379. so i was like, uhm yeah dad lets just buy a new phone. my dad's quite an anti iphone, so he recommended buying an android. after buying this vivo v5s which is similar looking to iphone 6, the seller told me tht i can change battery for only rm179. and then me and my dad both bought the batter and the new phone vivo v5s rose gold 64gb (rm1300). when i went back to my home i was so unhappy tht i couldnt get used to android and i regret not buying an iphone instead (i know tht even if the iphone is used, its still good and i prefer it better... and also ive always wanted to buy an iphone 6) and at midnight last night i only realised tht the bug could be solved by simply changing the date.... who knew an issue could be solved without wasting so much money!

so now the question is.. what site can i go to to sell off my android vivo phone? back then while I was in UK it was so easy to buy and sell in fb groups, but here in KL i couldnt find a legit website to sell. Mudah and lowyat are full of scams, and a friend recommmended me to sell it off at carousell.

I was thinking of selling it (THE VIVO V5S ANDROID BRAND NEW PHONE) to any random shop boys, but they mustve offered me rm1000 below, which is quite annoying cos ive only used it once and never touched the box. it's still quite brand new.

so.. tldr;
anyone can help me suggesting on where to sell?
or does anyone want to buy? i live around KL so we can meet so u can know its legit.
i know it sounds so fussy, but i really dont feel cmfortable with this too big phone, and read bad reviews about china phones, overcharging etc.

im not poor, but im quite a cheapskate, so quite careful in my spending. my previous iphone 5 lasted me 4 yrs. so i wanted something more durable.

ps: pls be nice. i asked nicely. i just happen to like iOS more than android. its not about show off or anything. im a girl so im a bit sensitive. why are so many malaysians so rude in replying to a serious question?

Uk freshgrad wanting to do equity research?

Hi there, im a freshgrad, my career goal is to be an equity research analyst (dont mind buy side or sell side but prefer sell side due to higher bonus and more work challenge (in terms of creating ideas)

So my question is
1) should i stay in the lower tier securities/stockbroking firm? How long / minimum should i stay? Should i go to trainee program instead if i got it? Despite not offering the position i want (equity research)?
2) is lower tier securities firm really looked down upon? How do i grab attention of the big names? I know as a freshgrad i cant offer much, but i would like to join the big names in the future.
