Can anyone enlighten me about Astro Multiroom?

OK my understanding of the Astro Multiroom service is pretty rudimentary. So here goes.

1. One satellite dish installed.
2. Satellite dish connected to PVR decoder in living room via cable.
3. Another cable runs from satellite dish to 2nd PVR decoder in bedroom.
4. All this with only 1 subscription.

Am I correct on this? Can step 3 be wireless?
