Problem with used GPU - Shopee

Hi sifus, recently got a used Galax GTX 1070 EXOC-SNPR BLACK from Shopee for RM1.6K. (Local seller, got quite some good reviews)

Now... the problem was the GPU will crash occasionally. (black screen, fan speed 100% - then need to force restart) Sometimes it crashes while gaming or just browsing the web.

GPU temperature around 41C - and still crashes regardless of temperature, even browsing Youtube.

Reformatted PC, DDU uninstaller, reseat my GPU and cable - no help.

BUT I noticed if I slightly nudge or lightly tap the PCI-E cable 6pins or 8pins, it will CRASH. However, it is still crashing even though I sit perfectly still watching Youtube.

My Spec:
MWE Bronze V2 600W
SSD S700 M.2 500GB
CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 16GB 3200Mhz
AMD R7-3700X
ASROCK B450M-HDV
Colorful GT1030 (Previous card - works fine)

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, guys!

Video
Shopee Link
