Battery kong cant open car

Hi guys, need help. My car Iriz Executive year 2016 battery dead. I tried using the key to open the door but the key hole some how rotate 360 degrees and still unable to open. Can someone advice me what to do? Anybody tried using the steel ruler trick to open Proton Iriz before?

Rental Depo Payment

Hi, I would like to ask is it normal for an agent to ask full deposit payment before tenancy agreement is signed or even created? The agent said need to pay full deposit for them to proceed on writing the tenancy agreement. I am a little worried of potential scam cause the deposit is about 5K plus. Thanks

If no, is there a workaround to it?
