Ayam hold from upgrade my Myvi and bought kampung house in Langat

Ayam think wanna live in quiet place maybe doing some garder.

Just 100 metre from stream river and peace place.

Land come with small house. 2 bedroom. 1 toilet. 1120 sqft a piece of land for car park and some small garden. 35 minute from my KL apartment.

Bosan2 can go mandi sungai...

Ayam want peace recently lost 30k in stock...made me wanna rest more.

Ayam just got my s10+ and still have my s8 as 2nd phone..

No doubt..s8 pic and video still awesome compare to less rm1k phone for current lineup.

Went a trip use this s8 with gimball..boom the pic and video was awesome. Bring to dry and wet area..capture amazing pic..

But these 2 days..this phone start flickering..

I had one business which the profit goes to my family fund. Means the profit share out to my own family and the rest pool in other family matters. Example I use the money if any relative decease, got any relative earn low income and need help with kids school, fund my family day cost, etc.

Now I got extra fund for new biz startup. And wanna dedicated the fund for charity outside of my family. Maybe for nearby neighbour activity n etc..

I know I will get use to all benefit of charity/csr for biz tax relive etc..

What would you do?

Im doing rental.

I got one man who comes up with question..

If I pay deposit. If I cancel last minute. Can I get my deposit back?

So he mean if he cancel this 28th. He mean he can get full deposit back..

I was like....wth..he never think of owner lost other tenant because the room was book and deposit paid.

Now he accuse me bad person and play victim...straight away block this guy. Not serious and play around. He think his father mada house lel..
