workshop recommendation for old BMW in Bayan Lepas

BMW E46 got some coolant leaking problem. Just moved to bayan lepas penang from KL and dont have any idea as to what workshop is good or even willing to take a look at old bmw problems.

Do first jobs require high school certs?

Ok so heres the problem. I went to school overseas for my high school and I stupidly lost my result certs and transcripts. So its kinda complicated in order to ask for the school to give me another set of transcripts. I was wondering if lacking high school certs will give me problems when I apply for jobs after graduating from Uni?

Internship application? (how long to hear back)?

I'm a current engineering student seeking Internship. I was wondering how long it usually takes to hear back from companies. I know it varies from companies to companies and with big MNC's taking a long time due to no of applicants. I just need to know at what point (1 or 2 weeks?) you would have known that the company is interested and at what point that you should it take it as rejection. I applied from one company nearly a month ago and no response from them so I guess that counts as a rejection already. My internship should be starting in December so time is running out for me.
