Accidently took 4 paracetamol in one go!

I've been in a fever for 3 days since friday. Yesterday at 10pm, my room is very dark and i'm extremely weak, i accidently took 4 paracetamol without checking the back label . Because those 2 pills were very different shape. And i sweat heavily that night.. In my mind i thought " wow this really works". 2 of those are paracetamol and the other 2 is ubat DEMAM (im stupid, which is paracetamol too).

Fast forward this morning at 8 am i took 4 paracetamol again without looking at the back label yet! At 10 o-clock i sweat heavily. Then i decided to go to near pharmacy to buy that ubat demam because the pills is already finished. When i show him the pills, he told me this "Adik, ni ubat paracetamol la". I was shocked. Now i realized i could be overdosed. When i returned home i feel nausea and always want to poop. You could say i poop more than 5 times that evening and the colour is some kind of orange but right now when i poop the color turn to red(maybe blood??).

When i vomit i threw some kind of of white thing, it feels acidic.

Now i fell little worried, I tried to google those side effect and i got mix answer about this problem. Some says that it could damage your liver or kidney, some say it will not harm your body unless you overdose it more.

Now i drink more plain water to flush those thing in hope i could remove those excessive thing.

HELP ME GUYS

Edit: each panadol is 500 mg

-Saturday night at 10pm i took 4 pill

-Sunday morning at 8am i took 4 pill and that evening at 3 pm itook another 2 pill.

-You could say i eat 10 pill in the span of less than 24 hour.

-Last time i eat is this morning and only eat a little because i lost appetite.

-And right now when i want to sleep i always vomit my own water. I lost count. Its pretty annoying.

- When i went to toilet, i only pee a little.
