Hi ,

can anyone tell me the number of intakes for the following universities for Electronics Engineering (or E and E )

MMU , UTAR , UTP , UNITEN

it is because i just went to orientation for utar, kampar , and i found out that it only has 10 intakes for Electronics Engineering.

And for industrial engineering, only 1.

i know its not a very popular course, but i did not expect this low number.

uh, and i was offered electronics in MMU , but it is now past the due date for payment, any hope left?

anybody apply UTP using OQ?

the website says:

*For those OQ candidates who have applied for UTP Undergraduate July 2010 intake (via UTP on-line application which was opened from 11th – 19th March 2010) your application is still in process. Therefore, please do not re-apply.

i applied during march and its almost june now. 2 months and still in process?

p.s. anyone using diploma get into degree program be4? is it hard to get?

hallo all!!

i have some questions on having my degree in engineering. i am now a diploma holder in PSDC (Penang Skills Develoment Centre). The question is whether to study it locally or overseas.

overseas: university of hull (uk) , since it is affiliated with my current college, i can directly go in the final year, thus making it a 9 month period. The fees, including tuition fees, accommodation, and food expenses for the whole thing is estimated RM70k.

local: MMU , Uniten, Utar...and so on..

the course fees is around RM40k. and since i have a diploma, i could apply credit transfer to reduce the original 4 years to maybe around 2-3 years. Assuming it being 3 years...accomodation and food expenses will bring it surely > RM70k.

Has anyone gone to hull?? any advice?? can i work in malaysia with the degree?? is it accredited by the board of engineers?

hi iam from penang ,and i just got my SPM result

i found that most colleges in penang dont offer a diploma and degree in mechanical / mechatronics engineering while every college offers E&E (Electrical and Electronic Engineering )

is it because that the demand is low in penang?should i choose E&E instead (iam more interested in mechanical/mechatronics)

what kind of job is there for E&E and mechanical/mechatronic ?
