Insurance Coverage for Mortgage loan

Currently life insurance coverage is RM500,000,

says 1st property is RM454,500 covered under MRTA 35 years

2nd property is RM 275,000 loan, MRTA 10 years only

can say so i shall top up my life insurance to coverage of RM500k + RM275k = RM775k?

or is better to buy MRTA coverage 35 years for 2nd property?

Currently Working area next to Ampang Point while partner near to Ampang Park..
Travel to work (may have to accept this fact)
Freehold / Leasehold doesnt matter
2storeys
New development prefer (save some fees, so called free by developer)

which area will u recommend?
North (Rawang)
South(Kajang)
Or
West (Shah Alam)

din notice any East KL landed development

Reason of landed prefer:
Wanna a bigger build up area. (1200+sqft)
To minimize bloody maintenance fees that we wont utilized it most lf the time

Company Medical Card

I am curious, since company did provide medical card, shall we purchase insurance comes with medical card as well?

im not sure is it a practice nowadays company will provide medical card as benefit to staff, because recently i saw most of the company did provide. IT company, construction company.

understand that im not going to work with this company in the rest of my life, says few years later after i change new job, if found that new company did not provide such benefit, then only i buy, will too late?
