Working life in Big4, need some insights.

I am currently an intern in one of the Big 10 audit firms. I was offered a placement in PwC and Big D but I rejected both of them for other firms for the sake of going to the office and physically learn on doing audit in office or at client engagements.

My intern won't last long. I am already 1 month in out of the 3 months required to graduate from my university. My current career path is to take a 3 month break after graduate to build up other personal interests and to undergo ACCA education for a year, and my expected completion period will be around July 2023.

I would like to ask, what are the current working life that the Big4 is currently practicing? 100% WFH? 50% rotation ? I am very worried that the Big4 will continue to be fully working from home by the time I am joining the workforce. I've had enough of studying online for the past 2 years and I know WFH will not be as effective as going to the office and be mentally prepared to work.

Any experiences from anyone are all welcomed.

How is your Airpods 2 holding up?

As the title suggests, would like to ask Airpods gen 2 owners if your airpods are serving you well or are there signs of problems arising at the 2.5 year mark.

I bought mine at late March/early April 2019, basically an early adopter of the Airpods gen 2. My left unit starts to have battery problems where one hour of use immediately kills it. Not sure if its the battery issue or the contact points that prevents it from charging at all.

Would like to hear your experiences if you own your airpods for as long as I do.

As the title suggests, I would like to know how was your time taking the ACCA papers before become an Affiliate. Was it stressful, fun, pure torture or quite manageable?

I am graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and most likely taking ACCA about 3 months after. Probably gonna consider Sunway for it's recognition from many of my peers.

USB DAC have signal cuts periodically

Hi, I am aware of the issues of USB devices having momentary connection loss for a split second on b550 motherboards. I would like to know whether other users who are facing the same issue from other brands as well (Asus, asrock, msi etc).

When can we expect a possible fix on this? It gets quite annoying when the audio signal cuts midgame.

Hello, I'm a newbie in this subforum so please be kind ^^
I just finished SPM last year, and I am choosing to furthur my studies in one of the two Universities mentioned. I will most probably be doing foundation in arts and will be taking Business Adminstration as my degree.

What to Upgrade?

Hello and Happy New Year to all LYN forumers. Right now I have a system which I bought from really dirt cheap, the specs are as followed:

CPU : Intel i5 4570
Ram : Kingston DDR3 4gb x2 1333mhz
Motherboard : Asus B85M-F mATX
Graphic card : Sapphire Nitro+ RX480
Storage : TOSHIBA 500GB HDD 7200RPM
PSU : Random No name 600w PSU
Case : No idea, straight up 2010's

I will be using this as my gaming rig, and mostly play Overwatch, and now for my questions
1) I think I would throw in a SSD to speed up the computer boot time, but no idea which brand should I look into
2) Should I change the PSU ? Quite scared that it might burn out my system
3) Case I will be purchasing the Tecware Core, dun really need the arcylic side panel.
4) Other than the mentioned above, do I need to upgrade anything else ?
