Hi fellows, last april I had a fracture on second toe joint upon initial xray at clinic. The next month I went to Columbia Hsptl for another check and admission as my feet is swollen (due to infection). I did a Xray and MRI scan on my feet, specifically on the second toe.

Doc said I'm having freiberg disease stage 3 to 4 as the x ray are showing cavity there even up to now and no improvement. He suggested me to relocate the joint head to certain angle which are still in good condition. I see this as not a permanent solution, as in, the joint area might wear again, as my second toe is longer than first toe by 1cm. it'll still take the most pressure.

The question is should I just suggest to doctor to remove the second toe entirely? I'm still below 30 Y.O..

Upgrade parts or Buy new

Hi guys, I built my PC for 4 years++. It's laggy now, I'm thinking to do a full refresh and upgrade if possible as it's too slow got GTA V now. I'm not sure if I should just build a new one or just upgrade my hardware, below is my spec:

MB: Asus H97 Pro Gamer
CPU: i7 4790 3.6GHz
GPU: Asus GTX 750Ti
RAM: 24GB
Harddisk: WD 1TB SATA 3.5

Is it worth to retain the MB and upgrade the GPU? I heard DDR3 is obsoleting.

[Car Modder] Why NA but not force induction?

Just wondering why everyone keep saying NA is the best even among car mod enthusiast?

I notice turbo engine always has higher torque even at the same HP rated but still everyone says NA is the best?

In term of reliability, turbo has life span but same goes to NA parts like high profile cam, valvetrain and so on.

Flood Wall Recommendation?

Last month during heavy downpour season, my kitchen get flooded. I found the root causes, it's due to the drain at the back is too small for the water to flow out to the main one.

Import Engine From Japan (Advices Needed)

Hi, if I purchased a complete engine from Japan website (not halfcut), do I need AP? Or my shipping agent need a special AP for it?

Apart of that, can this engine used for JPJ inpection & application? I understand the usual procedure for halfcut engine required several document incl the AP and all the import proof etc but what about this case?

Let's say I installed a Bolt On Turbo on my NA car, what are the thing I have to take extra care?

As compare to Supercharged, which of it is easier to take care of?

As far as I know, radiator has to be upsize according to the turbo size. Is it true?

How to solve roof leak issue?

So, while my DIY Project goes on, I found small water leaking at 2 points during these 2 stormy days.

I have been thinking of 2 possible quick solutions but not sure which should I go for or there is any other alternatives.

1. Put Rockwools to absorb the water and enable it to dry itself.

2. Build a small tray and direct the water to nearest toilet via 6 or 10mm tubing.

Any ideas?
