<title>Jump ship entire group of work force.</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/769132</link>
<description>I am a manager in one production factory sell food (direct to customer). As my senior manager and general manager ascuse us (entire worker force) steal the company money more than 250K which we don&amp;#39;t. (this branch does lose money for many years liau) So after some meeting with my entire worker group (lorry driver.lorry Attentand. Supervisor. Clerk and me) we decide to jump ship. Which mean the other company that are our company competitor. We are a group of entire branch sales team if we go then this branch will lose all the force. The problem is what the management can do to us? We plan to follow labour rule. Resign in one month time but all of us will be summit resignation together. Can the management sue us? Fyi we have 17 driver. 15 attentand. 2 supervisor. 1 clerk. 1 manager. We also never sign any agreement or contract with this company. Thanks.</description>
