hey guys...need some advise..
im now working in an advertising agency, its a small agency but servicing big account (one of the big hypermarket), i like the job alot as i do alot of marketing planning for them,but........the pay is way tooooooo low..n the boss is liek china apek kind dun want to increase my salary although im hired to do marketing, i m now doing HR, Accounts, Admin and marketing..

currently, i found another job, which is sales..i do not like sales but the company promise good prospect..is a growing company..

do u think i should swtich?? advise pls..
