Citigroup vs Public Bank

Hello everyone I am a fresh grad who wishes to seek your valuable career advice

Currently, I am considering two offers, one is from Citigroup (Citi Transaction Services Malaysia) for AML Compliance Execution analyst which is a permanent position. Another is from Public Bank for a Regulatory Compliance position under its 1 year management trainee programme. Although both opportunities seem are within the banking compliance division, the one offered by Citigroup is more specific to AML compliance (i.e. investigate suspicious transactions & clients) while the Public Bank's Regulatory Compliance seems like having a broader job scope (i.e. review the guidelines issued by BNM, develop compliance manuals & programmes, monitor regulatory gaps and compliance risk)

So, I wish to ask which opportunity has better career advancements/progression and future career paths? (i.e. are the jobs stagnant and have limited career growth to a higher position level???)
Are the nature and workloads of both jobs are similar? (i.e. both are mundane and stressful?)
Is it difficult to switch to another division but still within the banking industry (i.e. credit department) after few years because the job scopes are too specific?
How are the working cultures in both banks?
Or, anyone has the relevant experience mind to share your experience in the respective role??

FYI, both opportunities are offering the same basic salary and for the benefits package once I pass the 6 months probation period in Citigroup, I am eligible to enjoy the benefits as a permanent staff. While as a management trainee in Public Bank I was told by HR that I am also enjoying the same benefits package as with other permanent staffs.

Any useful comments are welcome and would be so helpful to me!!
Thank you in advance
