Home Central Air Conditioning

Hi Guys,

My house is currently under renovation, and I am thinking if I should go for home central airconds and or just the normal ones.

The reason that I am thinking of getting the central airconds are that, 1) better look i guess? matching with my interior design 2) As the house is new and renovation has just started, might be easier to carry on the installation work of a central airconds now.

However, as I know it would be much more costly to have the central airconds comparing to the normal ones, hence, I would like to do some reseach and hearing from you about:

1. the pros and cons of having central airconds

2. any recommendation on the brand & price range

thank you

[attachmentid=10319724]

Reno cost for my house

Hi Guys,

I am pretty new to the topic of house renovation till I purchased a property recently for own stay. What I am planning to do is to the extend the kitchen to the left end fully (End lot) Basically, I hope to gain some insights into the details of the renovation cost, also to understand if the quotations that I have rec’ed are reasonable.

For the requirement stated below, the highest quotations I have gotten so far is about 110K, while the others were offering about 40K~60K, the variance is big which had got me confused, the expensive one has given a detailed list of charging items while the cheaper ones were giving a general picture, hence I am not sure if the cheaper one would later then reach up to another figure ( turns from cheaper to expensive) since their 1st quotation is not so detailed.

How much is the reasonable or market price of below said extension? Please kindly advise, if possiable, to break the charges into details. thank you

Location: Klang – Bukit Raja
Current Layout (default): Attached

Renovation requirement: Attached
1）Extend the kitchen from left side to the end.
It is about 15*24

2) backyard area leaves open, still considering if going to have full (22 x 7) glass awning or partial.
