Wifi keep disappear

Hi my laptop is having a problem with wifi connection where its connection will disappear for like 5 minutes.. I already run lenovo vantage apps and all updates is uptodate and the same for network driver.. but it keeps on happening again.. it is so annoying.. any tips?

Laptop keep shutdown issue

Hi recently I got a problem with my laptop where it suddenly shutdown by itself.. battery in non removable and can't run if not plugged charger
I already update latest bios & windows manually and so far seems fine but still monitoring just in case it happen again.. I don't think CPU overheating is the issue here as I check the temp in below 60c and when I run for system check I got this error.. so is it the battery faulty? do I need to replace the battery?

Excel cannot autosave

Hi I have some issue with my excel file which is I cannot autosave meanwhile my words files can autosave which is weird. I already do some test and powerpoint also cannot autosave. All settings I have follow google & microsoft forum but still nothings happen. My office is 2021 pro plus & my email is 365 with web office license.. any idea why this happen? below for your refenrence

My files is saved in onedrive and words & powerpoint can autosaved but nitnfor excel so its annoying because i cannit collaborate with my colleague real time. When I run in safe mode it can autosaved

Microsoft MFA loops

Hi I am having loop problem for my company microsoft 365 when I try to login it said needs a code from authenticator apps on my phone and then when I go to authenticator apps and try to sign in and guess what? it also said the same thing lol.. how can I get the code when authenticator apps also need a code as well.. I have tried reset password & clear cache or authenticator apps and nothing solve it

I have a domain that is about to expire next month and is administered by outsource IT company and now I want to manage, transfer, and renew that domain under internal.. my domain has .com.my so how do I register as technical contact or administrative contact for that old IT company appoint me as new administrative/technical contact?

Hi I need some advice here.. my company have this huawei modem model EchoLife HG8240H and it goes to firewall(SOPHOS) as the internet gateway router.. but the DHCP control is on windows server.. and I wanna ask can this Huawei modem also act as a router with DHCP & reserve IP follow the current firewall & server setting.. it is because we want to relocate the server to another office and discontinue using that firewall? or need a specific router is better? I have a router TP-Link model Archer C1200.. my ISP is time internet.

Hi i have a huawei laptop model matebook pro w29 which recently that show no display on monitor but the keyboard light is on.. when I send to technician and they said the component on my mainboard is burnt and they tried to repair but still cannot repair the damage.. then they offer to replace a new mobo which I refuse since its not worth it.. then I buy hard disk enclosure to get my data but I got this "disk unknown not initialized" error.. can my data still recovered or this HD is corrupt and need to fresh format?

OneDrive sync issues

Hi.. I may have issues with my OneDrive sync.. new files shared of my work folder are not synced and it says "This file is read only." and also "You need to be given edit permissions to this file to sync it.".. does anyone encounter the same issue? how to fix it? please help

Hi! I just curious is it possible to have different SSID for every access point? for example I have 3 AP and instead of only 1 SSID that connect to the network.. I want to separate it and have their own SSID so I can trace what device connect to that AP.. example 3 AP and I want to make independent network for 3 departments.. currently I use AP model RAP2260(G).

Hi I have an issue with my laptop when I typing on document or browser suddenly it goes black screen for a while and I need to enter my account as it lock. I already update the screen driver to latest one but still the same issue.. It happen maybe once or two a day. Also it happens when I apply pressure to the keyboard.. It is annoying if it keeps happen like this.. is it hardware issue?

Hi I have a problem with my laptop.. when I turn on the laptop.. keyboard is showing backlit light and it is running but no display was shown.. I tried to force shutdown and it works but still no display.. then I tried using external display but no signal on the display.. is it a hardware issue?

okay macamni aku seorang executive di syarikat XXX ni dan syarikat ni adalah red flag and aku bertahan cukuplah setahun.. macam2 isu ada dengan tak bayar KWSP lah.. gaji bayar installment lah and so on..

baru2 ni aku dapat offer letter kerja baru and dalam offer tu kena start kerja pada 1 april 2024 tapi masalahnya ikut policy company aku kena hantar notice 2 bulan sebelum boleh resign.. aku ada total dalam 15 hari AL.. jadi aku ada kena apa2 tindakan tak kalau resign awal? tapi aku nak tolak sekali aku punya AL lah..

fortigate firewall issue

Hi can I ask a tips or advice because currently my office is having issue with my fortigate firewall..

when I plug the lan cable(port 1) to my pc and it says no internet and when I run ipconfig there is no default gateway address.. usually the address for my FW is 192.168.2.1 and the wan port would go from router with gateway 192.168.3.1 (blue wire).

most of my devices are using switch with static IP (192.168.2.XXX) and I insert it on port 3 on FW normally if got no issue but now I go directly top port 3 router for internet connection.. why aa my FW no internet? I can't go to admin page also.. the wire working just fine.. I've tried it..

Firewall issue

Hi guys recently my firewall (FortiGate 40F) cannot link me to the network and it says no internet but when I troubleshoot there is active internet connection on my modem & router (I also confirm it with my ISP) all my office device default gateway is 192.168.2.1 but somehow can't connect to the network if they are using lan cable (servers, printers, scanners all cannot use) I try to configure on firewall IP and put WAN as 192.168.2.1 but still didn't work any tips?

Cannot add network location

I can't make new network location via shared folder on my server when i open cmd and put the IP address it say request timed out but when I run advanced IP scanners apps they can find the server's IP address.. do I need to restart the server? all device cannot ping to this server btw..
