USB and audio playback disconnects and reconnects

Hi, I need some help here. When my CPU load reaches 100%, i often hear the USB disconnect and reconnect again.
And it will cut off my audio when i'm listening to songs..
Assuming it was the power supply, i switched from a 300W to a 460W but this problem is still present..
Is there a fix for this? This problem appeared a few months ago and it is very annnoying
Thanks

tiles view in xp

i really really need help here

a few months ago, my windows keep showing icons in rows of 2 in tiles view instead of the usual 3... can someone help me solve this problem? this is really driving me crazy as i need to scroll more thru a large page

i think the reasons for this is that the grid size is somehow bigger than the default, is there anyway to configure that?
thanks

tmnet limiting live messenger transfer?

since the so called "upgrading exercise", when i transfer files to my friends via live messenger, the upload speed sucks.. only 4~9KB/s when i supposed to get 30 KB/s usually on a 512/256 package

what the hell is wrong with tmnet nowadays, uploading things = warez/piracy???
i tried every damn ip range and its still crawling.. only HTTP downloads/uploads are fast.
now, they limit this limit that... instead of promoting broadband, my as well call it narrow band....
