Apartment Water Pressure

Hi ,

Just wondering if there is a fix for this. The bathroom in the master bedroom has very low water pressure from the shower and wash basin . There is no issue for the rest of the house including the kitchen and the other bathroom . The condition has been the same few years back , tried the apartment maintenance and they said it’s normal or probably not sure 🤔

Anyone faced similar issues for apartments/Condo and has a solution ? Appreciate any kind of help or suggestions.

Thank You !

Need advise- Problematic Tenant

Hi , need some expert advise here.

I have a friend who rented his apartment to this family, after paying the deposit they stopped paying rent. My friend got into a conversation with them asking them to leave, and they later on made a report against my friend saying that Landlord is forcing them to vacate but refuses to return deposit. This report was done May but they didn't inform the house owner about it and continued giving false promises to vacate and till today they are still there.

There was and agreement signed by owner and tenant and was also stamped. They refuse to acknowledge the agreement because the owner here made a mistake by not giving the a copy of the agreement to the tenant , but they did sign it.

My friend took the first action by refusing to pay maintenance fees, he then issued a letter to the tenant saying that he has authorized the apartment management to slow down the water supply and eventually cut the access card functions because he can't afford the maintenance fees. Because they were pleading and saying that they will not move no matter what and need the water switched back to normal if he wants them to move, so he decided to return the supply back to normal.

He now has a text message from the tenants saying that they will leave by end of the month. So based on that he plans to reduce the water supply again if they refused to move, in the mean time he will issue a letter telling them to move out by the end of the month.

My question his , can he proceed with the last steps mentioned here without getting into trouble? He doesn't mind the lost rent, he just wants the house vacated because this is already a huge burden, since this property was meant for investment but due to hard luck he got stuck with this nonsense .
