Democracy vs royalty

The recent ban from sultan jobor on vaping really impress me.
To people who vape supporter, they will consider this as form of oppression. They call the leader dictator just wha happen in other middle east country where there is no democraxy system. Anything that they are not happy, they called it oppression

Meanwhile, in democraxy system, the people can vote against politician, if politician introduce policy that against them. So at the end, politician like half heart to ban vape because fear losing vote. So this clearly showed weakness from democracy...where politixian cant take aggresive action on voters even thought it is mean for good

Meanwhile where is "vape is human right?" why not including ban on alcohol, prostitution. Why is the selective ban?

Najib and the Saudi King also discussed developments in Afghanistan and terrorism.

"There is a need for our two countries to seek greater cooperation to deal with the threat of terrorism in all its forms," Najib said, adding that a formal pact on this may be on the cards

http://www.prnewswire.co.uk/news-releases/...-153089805.html
even kimg saudi acknowledged najib as great leader comparable to putin and obama
did mahatnir n anwar received this award
kevin kantoi confirm ada conspiracy

Reading the Statutory Declaration signed by Charles Suresh Morais is most interesting if half of what he said is true (READ THE 18-PAGE STATUTORY DECLARATION HERE). Nevertheless, much of what he said is hearsay based on what his brother was alleged to have told him.

The first thing that comes to mind is that the four bothers (Charles Suresh, Richard Dilaan, Anthony Kevin and David Ramesh) are not the best of friends. Charles claims to be a successful businessman in the United States while he calls his brother Richard a crook.

READ MORE HERE: A Hotel Empire Unravels

Charles alleges that Richard has been arrested a number of times for various offences ranging from underworld activities to sexual misconduct. Charles also claims that Richard, who is a Datuk, is linked to the underworld. That makes Kevin the second of the four brothers to be awarded a datukship in spite of their dodgy character.

Charles says that Kevin used to inform him about all the cases he was working on, although this is supposed to be against the law. Most interesting is the claim by Charles that Kevin had informed him he was working on a case involving the Prime Minister and his wife. What is even more interesting is that Charles admits he is contact with Gani Patail, who used to be Malaysia’s Attorney General.

Charles makes many damaging confessions in his Statutory Declaration. Other than being in contact with Gani Patail, Charles is also in contact with Clare Rewcastle Brown of Sarawak Report. Charles says that Kevin sent the draft copy of the alleged charge sheet against Najib to Clare, thus confirming that people within the MACC were conspiring with Sarawak Report and were leaking or selling information to them.

Charles says that Clare confirmed she was in frequent communication with Kevin regarding confidential matters involving MACC’s investigations. Charles also implicates Jessica Gurmeet Kaur who was earlier identified as one of those involved in leaking confidential information regarding MACC investigations.

If what Charles said is true then he more or less confirms the existence of this conspiracy that MACC is involved in. If the MACC wants to clear its name then the bank accounts of these four brothers should be investigated to see whether any unexplained money has flowed through it.

Charles by his own admission said that his brothers Richard and Kevin are crooks. Ironically, both are now Datuks. He also confirms that Kevin and Jessica together with other people in the MACC are using Sarawak Report as their vehicle to release classified MACC information.

Well, there you have it. Unless the MACC can prove that what Charles said in his Statutory Declaration is false then both Kevin and the MACC are being accused of dishonesty. All this while Kevin was feeding information to his brother as well as to Sarawak Report.

The question that now arises is: was Kevin feeding his brother information which they could use to blackmail certain people under investigation? We have heard that for a certain fee the charges against you can be dropped, even in cases involving murder.

And was this the scam the brothers were running? Kevin opens an investigation and then his brothers do a deal with those under investigation and for the right price the investigation would ‘reveal’ that there is no case and the file would be closed with a NFA (no further action) stamp.

I was told that this happen a lot in Malaysia and that there are certain lawyers who specialise in this sort of thing. It seems the police and MACC can make cases disappear and that they have middlemen or agents who negotiate the deals. The Statutory Declaration signed by Charles seems to confirm that there is more than meets the eye in the murder of Kevin. It is possible that one of the deals went bad and that money was paid but the person who was supposed to walk free did not after all.

Malays would call that’ kena kencing’ and from what Charles is saying the brothers are capable of that and that they make a business on ‘kencing’ others. And if Charles is to be believed, Kevin is not as straight as some say he is. He talks and reveals confidential information about cases he is working on.

And this is precisely what lawyer Rosli Dahlan suffered from in his case that Kevin was working on. And that was more than five years ago so Kevin and/or the MACC has been doing this for some time now. If Rosli had paid them off then the case would have quietly died but then Rosli decided to fight them so they arrested him and threw him in the MACC lockup to teach him a lesson

http://www.malaysia-today.net/kevins-broth...prime-minister/

Full statutory declaration

http://www.malaysia-today.net/statutory-de...-suresh-morais/

SUMMARY
CHARLES EXPOSED PROVE THAT MACC IS LEAKING INFORMATION N SELL INFORMATION
so conspiracy exist

Pakatan Logic Part 2

http://www.malaysia-today.net/the-pakatan-logic-ii/

With every passing day, the Pakatan coalition is becoming more illogical. Is apocalypse the only final destination? Is there any hope for the future?

Sulu Sultanade
------------------------------

The recent meet between PKR’s Nurul Izzah Anwar and princess Jacel Kiramin of the Philippines is infuriating. Nurul insinuates that it is ‘by-chance’ she met Jacel in a conference attended by civil society leaders. Even if we accept her excuse, why did she pose for a picture with Jacel calling for the release of her father? Doesn’t she know who Jacel is and how her family is still planning on reclaiming Sabah from Malaysia? Malaysia is still bleeding from that barbaric invasion. Policemen gave their life fighting for our country. Ladies became widows and children became orphans because their fathers died protecting this country, and PKR is friendly with the enemy?

DAP’s Teresa Kok’s statement on it being a small issue, and the Sabah invasion is in the past further pours salt on fresh wounds. Two years is not that long where we can conveniently forget and move on. If Teresa really means what she says, then the Opposition should immediately drop the 1MDB issue because that is also in the past. Presently, Prime Minister Najib and Arul Kanda are addressing the problem. Is Pakatan hinting that the rakyat’s money is more important and valuable than the rakyat’s blood?

Instead of asking questions, PKR’s Rafizi washed his hands off with his “I was not there”, and “I’m not her husband” explanation. Was Rafizi there to witness whether Anwar’s act of sodomy occurred or not, that he defends Anwar? Is Rafizi secretly Anwar’s husband? It is surprising Malaysia’s master whistle blower left his whistle at home this time. What we need in the country today is people with integrity. If you are not different from the current government that you claim is faulty, then why should we change the government? Change for another bunch of clowns to empower themselves?

Sporting Attire
---------------------------------
When Jamil Khir Baharom who is a minister in the Prime Minister’s Department criticized Malaysia’s proud daughter Farah Ann Abdul Hadi for her attire during the SEA Games, PKR slammed him over his ridiculous remark. When PKR’s Mohamad Imran Abdul Hamid says the same thing, Pakatan leader Dr. Wan Azizah Wan Ismail’s only response was that Imran is simplistic and unfair, perhaps because he was at sea for too long. It is another mindless and foolish response from a top leader of the country. They seem to be able to dig up any kind of senseless excuse to defend their associates. So, how can we be sure that if they come to power they will not cover up wrongdoings of their own? Is Pakatan another “pot calling the kettle black” story?

Political Rejects
---------------------------------
In 2009, DAP’s ironman Lim Kit Siang criticized Najib for appointing Datuk Mukhriz Mahathir as a deputy minister over Khairy Jamaludin despite the former losing to Khairy for the elected post of Umno Youth Chief. Tony Pua was more unforgiving by saying “It’s the same old horses and same ministries. If you want to bring in political rejects, it makes the cabinet a bit of an artifact. After all the hype, it is a little disappointing.”

Six years later in 2015, the exact same thing happened in DAP’s Selangor State Elections. Some of those from the previous committee who lost the elections got reappointed back into the state committee. Copy-paste Tony Pua in 2009, and it only means DAP practices keeping old guards and political rejects. DAP is getting a bit boring, isn’t it? Despite significantly lesser votes than the rest, Tony’s position remains status quo. Although there are no regulations that say the person who garners most votes should lead the pack, it is common sense isn’t it? Can we conclude that common sense is not at all common in DAP?

Budget 2016
--------------------------------
After all the soap opera on voting down BN’s Budget 2016, Pakatan got a trashing when it mattered. We later found out that one DAP MP was absent from the budget as he was distracted by live coverage of the Paris attack on TV. Where is your vested interest, Mr. Tan Seng Giaw? He seems more interested in what’s happenings outside the country than inside. Although his single vote would not have made a difference, the seriousness of the matter does. Previously, Lim Guan Eng was absent during the POTA debate and voting, but he cries foul play on POTA. Is DAP just an empty kettle? BN obtained 128 votes for their budget, only 5 short of their total number of MPs in Parliament. So, where is the truth in Pakatan’s claim that many BN MPs are against Najib and will vote in their favour? Is this Pakatan’s prophecy of fallacy?

Moving forward from this, it is now clear which way the vote of no-confidence against Najib is going to go. Despite shortage in numbers, Kit Siang acted like a stubborn child and conveniently got himself suspended, as though his attendance in Parliament has no added advantage.

Land Issues
--------------------------------------
The land administration in Malaysia is within the authority of the State government, and the Federal government has a very limited role to play. Land administration refers to the processes of recording and disseminating information about ownership, value and use of land, and its associated resources. It is very clear that value of land is largely dependent on State governance. Despite this, the value of property in Penang and Selangor is out of reach for the average Malaysian. While Pakatan keeps blaming the Federal Government on escalating property prices, why aren’t they themselves doing anything to regulate value in their own governed states? It is similar to how they harbor blame on the government with regards to highway tolls, but do not do anything themselves in highway companies that their leaders sit as board of directors.

Political Funding
--------------------------------
While the entire focus has been on 1MDB and the RM 2.6 billion funding that was allegedly used in the last election, Pakatan seems to be following along the same lines. Plans for RM 8 billion is rumoured to be brought into Darul Ehsan Investment Group (DEIG) to allegedly fund the upcoming Sarawak state elections. Four projects have apparently been lined up to facilitate the transaction. Previously, RM 30 billion of Selangor’s assets were transferred into DEIG without the approval of other party partners. Selangor DAP members themselves voiced concern regarding this matter that has conveniently been pushed under the carpet. Pakatan cries foul on alleged money laundering by BN, how is it acceptable when they do it?

Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. Although Pakatan does the country a favour by whistle blowing, do they have any integrity to govern Malaysia? Are we going to see a reversal of roles if Pakatan comes to power, and BN becomes the Opposition? We Malaysians do not need different actors playing the same role. What we need is a good, clean government.

Pakatan Logic Part 1

Pakatan Logic Part I

NOVEMBER 1
When we first saw light at the end of the tunnel, it gave us all hope. As we progressed towards the light source it was initially getting brighter signifying an end to our journey in darkness. We kept moving further but the light never seemed to get closer. Suddenly now, the light is dimming. Are we going to lose our only light source again?

Growing from strength to strength, the Pakatan coalition somehow has become suddenly so weak. New problems are emerging daily within the Opposition. Bonds between them have become so fragile that a collapse is looking imminent. How did the tides suddenly turn? Things have become so wobbly that sometimes their logic does not make any kind of sense to the sane mind.

BR1M
----------------------------
Prior to the last general election, Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad, who was the then Pakatan Rakyat’s member of the Manifesto dan Dasar Pakatan Rakyat team, said that BR1M would be discontinued if Pakatan came to power post GE13.

The Opposition likened BR1M to vote-buying and condemned it outright. When the government later announced that BR1M would progressively increase over the years, DAP’s assemblyman Lau Weng San said it does not make sense as increasing BR1M handouts will just increase unnecessary expenditure.

Post-Budget 2016 when Datuk Seri Najib Razak announced the continuation of BR1M and increased the amount, Datuk Seri Dr. Wan Azizah Wan Ismail is saying the increase is not enough and should be more.

Has the Opposition finally accepted that BR1M is useful several years after the government introduced it? From alleged vote-buying to asking for more; two very contradictory stands.

Toll issues
----------------------------------------
For as long as I can remember the Opposition has been harping on removal of toll charges across the country.

When Najib announced plans for the Pan Borneo Highway linking Sabah and Sarawak to be free of toll charges, Pakatan members are jumping again. How can the Borneo highway be free, they ask. Rafizi Ramli alleges that Najib is showing favouritism to Sabah and Sarawak by not charging toll.

So, what should it be? To charge or not to charge? Either way seems to be wrong for the Opposition.

SUKE (Sungai Besi-Hulu Klang Expressway), DASH (Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway) and EKVE (East Klang Valley Expressway) are three major highways approved by the Pakatan-led state government. Despite mega protests, plights of affected residents have fallen on deaf ears.

In the case of EKVE, World Wildlife Fund for Nature Malaysia said that the proposed highway will cut through two protected forests in Ampang and Ulu Gombak, and this contradicts promises made by the state government.

Worse still, these highways will bear toll charges. Pakatan condemns the government for charging toll but build highways and charge toll themselves. I do not understand this logic.

When the recent hike in toll rates took place, Rafizi said it is a suicidal action, as it will burden people further. They tried to harbour all blame on the government. However, when it was revealed that Pakatan MPs were board of directors (BOD) in some of the companies that hiked the rates, MB Azmin Ali jumped to the defence and said he has issued a directive to all Pakatan MPs who are BOD to review the toll increase.

Since that statement, everything has gone cold and there has been no follow-through with the supposed review and possible revision.

State administration
-------------------------------------------------
When PAS severed ties with DAP not long ago, PAS representatives in the state administrative office of Penang were forced to resign by CM Lim Guan Eng. Those who did not resign were sacked.

However, when Azmin and Dr. Wan Azizah said that PKR will continue to work with PAS in Selangor, DAP stayed put in the state office saying their presence is required to ensure there are no wrong-doings. With DAP being the watchdog it is a wonder how Azmin approved the construction of highways without notifying other PKR members.

While Rafizi wants Azmin to explain his decision and reason out why the rest were kept uninformed, ousted ex-Selangor MB Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim has backed and supported Azmin’s action saying Azmin need not inform other party members.

The same happened when Azmin formed Darul Ehsan Investment Group (DEIG) without prior approval of other coalition partners, where DAP representatives themselves condemned him.

Religious homes
-------------------------------------------------
In the past when Barisan Nasional government demolished religious homes, Opposition members would draw blood and stage protests. Now that BN has stopped doing so, Pakatan-led Selangor state has stepped up demolishing temples.

When questioned, their leaders claim the destruction was necessary because religious practices being carried out were wrong. Is there a clear definition on which practice is right or wrong? Such justification baffles me.

Clare Rewcastle Brown
--------------------------------------------------
Upon the arrest of former Petro Saudi employee Xavier Andre Justo in Thailand, DAP’s Tony Pua shocked the nation when he admitted to meeting Sarawak Report’s chief editor Clare Rewcastle Brown several times for exact reasons unknown. He even admitted to connecting Clare to the Edge Media Publications Group’s Datuk Tong Kooi Ong and Ho Kay Tat.

We all know what happened thereafter.

Alleged leaked WhatsApp chats from Justo’s phone revealed Clare’s close ties with Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Tony and Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad.

In one of the chat exchange, Ho allegedly asked Clare on her article being editorialised in a way to oust Najib, to which she allegedly replied “I have done this story not you. Fulfill your commitment and I walk away and I tell nobody.”

Authorities also allegedly picked up another message where Clare alleged that she got stories through “Anwar’s people” and used Mahathir to get other sources of information.

Tony strongly denies being part of a conspiracy to topple Najib’s government. From the released chat messages, if that is not conspiring then what is?

There have been too many instances where the Opposition speaks a particular language that they themselves do not adhere to. When questioned, their explanation is illogical. Do they practise “Do as I say but do not do as I do”?

Now that we are in a dark tunnel where the only source of light is dimming, I can only hope that there is no oncoming train. Our little hope of survival seems to be vanishing in thin air.
- See more at: http://www.themalaymailonline.com/what-you...h.Xf0LAfNt.dpuf

Cow scandal...lss explnation

From lss fb
The sessions court today completely acquitted and discharged NFC Corp chairman Datuk Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail of all criminal charges in view of the decision of the Attorney-General who has decided to drop the charges against Salleh after considering the facts, evidence and merits of the case, and the recommendation of the Court of Appeal of 28 August 2015 which was brought by way of a representation letter to the AG.
The representation letter included evidence to show that there was no misappropriation of the loan nor CBT. It was also revealed that the RM250 million was a commercial loan, not a grant from public funds, and repayments were paid on time. Properties were purchased by an NFCorp subsidiary company as an investment for NFCorp according to the terms and conditions of the loan agreement, and not purchased by Datuk Salleh in his name or for personal or family gain.
In past postings, I had always maintained that NFC Corp did not commit any criminal act at all. Here are the facts:
- No misappropriation of loan, no Criminal Breach of Trust
- RM250 million is a soft loan that has to be repaid with interest by NFC Corp, not a grant from public funds;
- NFC Corp had paid each and every loan installments (including interest) on time until their accounts was frozen due to allegations by Lapiji;
- the Property purchase made by NFCorp subsidiary company as an investment for NFCorp according to terms and conditions of the loan agreement, and not purchased by Datuk Salleh in his name or for personal or family gain
- If the company is owned 100% by Salleh and the money is a loan, then Salleh can move the money to whatever investment deemed fit to generate income to repay the interest of the soft loan - especially since the NFC Corp project was delayed by govt not being able to build a abattoir in time - which disrupted NFC Corp with proceeding with their plans on schedule.
- Because the delay was due to govt fault in delay of abattoir, NFC Corp also did not fail to meet any project schedules or milestones.
In fact the Court of Appeals has recommended Datuk Salleh to sue the AG Office (led by ex-AG Gani then) for damages instead.
The biggest problem with this project is that govt somehow decided to disburse the a very big portion of the RM250m in soft loan at the start of the project when Muhyiddin was Agriculture Minister and Pak Lah was PM - it should have been disbursed part-by-part based on milestones instead.
However, Lapiji and Nurul Izzah (and the poor bloke who decided to release confidential bank account details publicly hence breaking BAFIA act then) will all be facing defamation, damages due to loss of income and/or criminal charges instead.
With this court ruling today, the chances for the three fellas to be convicted or found liable - whether in criminal or civil cases - has just increased.
Good luck to you.

I believed that pkr actually has strong potential to become the strongest opposition
Its the party that is multiracial and its ideology does not conflict so much with other malaysian
only certain thing pkr need to do to made sure pkr stronger
first get rid of anwar and his family, pkr need to restarted a new leadership. The party should focus more on rakyat than too obsessed with freeing anwar
second must get rid of anwar obsession. Pkr is for rakyat, not for anwar. It seemed that leadership cant expand, because this people who fanatic to anwar refuse to let other leadership take step further
third, dont be to soft on dap n let the, control u

i think malaysia sudah invaded by US

I think malaysia sudah kena invaded by the US
since both our mas airline has been victim, suddenly obama came to malaysia
since than, malaysia suddenly become like important friend to US
whatever oppositiin attack najib, obama help cover najib
instead obama keep saying najib is good friend of mine

Look at arab saudi.....even though there are lot of human right issue n woman cant drive
US does not care about it, since it has important political friemdship with them
all US care is about their country and how they can boost their economy
its pretty naive to think that US wil fight for humanity n fight for human right

So tppa is being introduced, and tppa is the only way to made US influemce among asean significant, so that they can block china expansion
just take a look at how far sea area china claimed, its just ridicilous and greed. But to me, its just a way to block american set control over south china sea

from my observation, wether malaysia aggreed or not aggreed for tppa, obama will made sure malaysian signed for it
there are 2 possible threat US used to blackmailed malaysia, the attack isis and also abu sayaf
before obama came, there are constant threat that isis want to bomb kuala lumpur and kill some of the leader
and out of sudden..,abu sayaf gang suddenly came to sabah and catch people and pancung

So thats my analysis....wether tppa aggreed or not, obama will made sure it will be signed. Not just from threatening from isis but also from economy too since many US company already establsihed in malaysia which made malaysia dependable

lge said pkr sidelined with umno

GEORGE TOWN: After a revolt in the state assembly on Friday, the DAP’s Lim Guan Eng has tried to apply political pressure on its coalition ally Parti Keadilan Rakyat by questioning whether the party was siding with Umno.

Lim, who is DAP secretary-general, reportedly agreed with media questions that the impression given by the abstention was that the party stood with Umno.

“Yes, the impression is that PKR is with Umno. We leave it to the party to carefully assess it. If I meet with (PKR president) Wan Azizah, I would definitely brief her about it,” he was quoted as saying today.

Five of PKR’s assembly members abstained on Friday night, when the Penang state assembly voted on a motion by Pulau Betong assemblyman Muhamad Farid Saad of Umno for public hearings on future land reclamation projects.

The five who abstained were from PKR, led by its whip Ong Chin Wen (Bukit Tengah), Cheah Kah Peng (Kebun Bunga), Lee Khai Loon (Machang Bubuk), Dr T. Jayabalan (Batu Uban) and Dr Norlela Ariffin (Penanti).

Ong said party leaders had given PKR assembly members a free vote on the motion, “to vote according to your conscience.” He said the five decided to abstain after taking into account the current political scenario and public interest.

Land reclamation on the coast line of Penang island has become a major public issue, with environmentalists protesting against a proposed reclamation on a sea grass sanctuary, and the Consumers Association of Penang questioning the state government’s plans for a massive 6,000 acre reclamation off Permatang Damar Laut on the south coast.

Farid had called for no decisions on the proposed projects involving reclamation to be made before public hearings had been held. He also called for all new plans for land reclamation projects to be put on hold until a detailed study on oceanic and environmental impact was done, and called for cancellation of projects detrimental to the environment.

The motion sparked a heated debate, with Lim predicting that it would be unanimously rejected. Guan Eng had taken a hard political line during the debate, warning Pakatan Harapan members that they would face the music if they backed the motion. “If you stand with Umno, you will pay the price,” he said.

The motion was defeated 23-10, with one DAP member, Teh Yee Cheu, the assemblyman for Tanjung Bungah, voting in favour, together with nine from Umno

Teh later apologised to the party and sought to retract his vote. “I voted in the interest of the environment. After discussion, I discovered I had made a mistake by voting yes. I apologise to the party for the party interest.”

However, Guan Eng, in remarks quoted by Malaysian Insider, continued with his hardline political stance on the merits of the motion, treating it as one of Pakatan versus Umno.

He said the motion was a “sleek and devious” move by BN to trap the state government, of which he is chief minister. “We only approved 60 acres of reclamation but BN approved 3,241 acres of land during their tenure. Out of that, 774 acres have been reclaimed by companies including by E&O Bhd (Seri Tanjung Pinang 1) and Rayston Consortium (Butterworth) Sdn Bhd (Butterworth Outer Ring Road). Another 2,500 acres remain.”

“They are the culprits and part of the problem,” he reortedly said, accusing Umno of taking a holier than thou stance and wanting to cancel projects already approved.

“We will never stand with Umno. It is a trap and you are stupid to fall for this,” he said, according to Malaysian Insider.

However he made no mention of how the motion might affect future reclamation plans that have been proposed. CAP has accused the state government of having secretly agreed to embark on reclamation off Permatang Damar Laut, to which Lim had previously responded by telling CAP not to speculate on yet-to-be-approved projects.

http://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/...tical-pressure/

_____________________________________________
So strange
differ of opinion also kenot...somemore tuduh sidelined with umno
this is not a way malaysiam should play politic?
