How much commission do you get as an agent ?

Hi guys,
I would like to ask how much do you get as a real estate agent ? More specifically how much of a percentage do you get for selling a house. And how long do you have to wait until you get paid ?

I'm asking all this because I plan to become a real estate agent,the agency I plan to join mainly focuses on new projects/developments that are priced below RM500k.
The agency says that commissions are from 1.3% ~ 1.6% based on which projects you're selling. They have not told me how long it will take for commission to be released.The projects sold are mainly in Setapak

Is that a fair amount or is it too low ?

Where To find Malay Dubbed Cartoons ?

Hi guys I've been trying to learn malay and have found that watching cartoons I like really Help, but unfortunately I can't seem to find any episodes online where I can watch Bahasa Malay dubs of these cartoons. And I do not have astro. I have only been able to find clips of these dubs and some very few full episodes

Cartoons I'm looking for with Malay dub are:
Star vs the forces of evil
Regular Show
Adventure time
Gravity Falls
We bare bears
I would REALLY appreciate if someone can help me out,Thank You !

eBay Signature Confirmation?

Hi guys I just wanted to ask about international shipping.
I'm planning to sell some stuff on eBay and am willing to send them to overseas to places like Europe & USA.Most of my items are less than 2 KG

But the problem is I have heard many scams where buyer abuses Seller protection with item not received case if the parcel I sent does not have signature confirmation.

Do you guys know if pos Malaysia has any way of providing PROOF OF DELIVERY , like signature confirmation ? I am aware that there is a track and trace option which only cost around RM5 to add on, but I don't know if signature confirmation is included or not.

I remember using flexipack international,although the parcel arrived safely the track and trace feature only tracks until the border.
I have seen that pos malaysia also provides many other options for international delivery like International Small Packet,International Air Mail,Pos Ekspres International,AsiaXpress,etc. But am unsure if there is any PROOF OF DELIVERY included

I've asked the pos malaysia service department multiple times and they keep giving me different answers they are being more confusing than helpfu l

I am open to any other alternatives bedsides Pos Malaysia that are similarly cheap like them.

I would really appreciate if someone can help me out, Thank you !
