Microsoft Access Issue

Hi everyone,

My company is having Microsoft Access database key in record issue.

There are 2 computers which having the Microsoft Access but using different Microsoft Access.
Computer A is using Microsoft 2000 version to key in records (although Computer A has Microsoft Access 2016), yet computer B is using Microsoft Access 2016 to key in. Each database has 2 tables/layers. E.g. 1st layer is customer info & 2nd/ sub layer will be the service record.

Recently, we found out that once we type record in computer B database 2nd layer, the record can't found on both computer even we press save before we close the database. If we type the record in computer A database second layer, both computers can see the record.

We also found out that some auto numbers are missing in the database.

Any god can help to solve this issue?

Thank you very much
