Hi Guys, would like to get advise on how to get Vehicle Ownership Certificate from Public Bank Maluri Cheras.

Do i need to call first before walk in? I tried call several times but their customer services is lousy. I can felt they pick up already but no voice, the person just put aside and leave it.

BTW, to get the VOC, i need to apply leave and go over the branch to get. I just worried if they could not find it and ask me to come another day.

I have no experience in getting VOC, really need you guys to advise on this.
