Feel good bcos can admit hospital atas..haha

Nowadays im thinking of surrendering both policies and take life insurance instead..cant take both..i am no T20

Good idea?

we have an audit from Headquarters (overseas)

it happen that i speak their language , given a translator task

during audit day i was late bcos got another task to do..
they started first without me

after finish my work i went to the site..but sh1t already stirred.
the supervisor at that site was dissatisfied bcos the audit direction already derailed unlike what we were informed before

the supervisor tell me to ask to the auditor why is he checking irrelevant thing

i do my job..i ask the auditor.

manatau the auditor took it personally like i am mempertikaikan his job

he snapped and scold me , the audit cancelled then he email complain to all top guy about me..say bad attitude toward auditor

hours later everyone already know the about the scene

shit..i only do my job...but now ayam so embarrassed

It's a year'13 Straight H

condition not so good being an everyday family car with toddlers,

seat got food stain and kid vomit stains here and there.deep cleaned also cannot fully clean them.

then the inner roof my kid decided to graffiti canvas them..lol

10yrs car already long due for full suspension system overhaul, but i did not proceed and just wanna sell as it is condition

before send for inspection and quotation from ecomm dealer i posted in FB just to test water, target expectation price was 28K

to my surprise i got way tooo many PM and call from individual summore even wanna deposit without actually looking at the car

i filtered and chose 2 serious buyer then put them in priority list

at same time also send the car to get quotation from carsome and mytukar

mytukar agent quite langsi say my car condition can offer 25K only..cehh..but they still up for bidding without me knowing..(later continue story)

and then go to carsome they offer me 27K..ok la i can accept

then i go back to direct buyer priority list tell them about carsome offer in case they wanna counter if they really interested

both of them die2 dowan counter higher price...so i decided why should i go through the hassle of paperwork if carsome can give same price with the least process

yesterday evening i go back carsome to handover the car and thumbprint all..then just now mytukar call tell me highest bid is 29k

Hi All

last week I just assembled new rig with following spec

(new)
i5 12400 (non F)
Gigabyte B660M D3SH
Kingston Fury 16Gb 3200 (8gb x 2)

(reuse from old rig)
FSP Hydro 600w
Crucial MX500 1TB

(bought 2nd)
Gigabyte GTX1070

I face random crashing when gaming,
some time 1hour once, lucky day never crash, worst every 5~10mins crashing .
i had to hard reset and then white screen appear then 1 more time hard reset

the game title is Diablo3, its just a light game afterall

things I did to rectify the issue
. update latest GeForce driver, still same
. test furmark, like 10mins gpu hit 75deg , no crash
. clean install windows and the game, still same
. take out the gtx1070, use igpu...to my surprise it never crashed
but FPS so lousy la

i am suspecting GPU problem, before i make noise to the seller how should i confirm that its is indeed GPU issue?

currently the industry i am working with is mass hiring from all over the world..this also includes talent from my current company many of them already flew mostly to EU countries

they got the job through LinkedIn recruitment agency.knowing that i also updated my long time abandoned profile just to test water...

last week someone from persolkelly offer job in UK...
then just now i got message directly from a Swedish company HR talent recruiter where there are few of my ex colleague already got their position in this company

i haven't replied them yet..

told about this to my wife, how about if we move overseas.too bad shes not interested at all...say that we are too late(old) to start over summore in foreign countries
now i am so demotivated to further continue the application process

i dont want to waste this very chance of life changing opportunity but how do i convince her

and another thing i also sceptical whether those new company can survive or not in this industry, i sked work few years already gulung tikar

Placed booking fee last week for an undercon two storey terrace 20 x 70 price is 420K... decent location(for me) high ground level and facing open space summore.this time is 2nd property for settle down since my wife and i like this town so much

but after sleepless long thought last night , today i wassap the agent to cancel bcos the heat of price hike hit dam hard..this month groceries spending really increase alot, next 3~5years dunno how la

i have mixed feelings right now, relieved yet regretful...

since started working i never use all my entitled annual Leave
because i hate to ask approval from the boss
it looks like i owe him and look like he has authority to control my life.
whenever i request for AL he ask a lot, summore keep nagging "AL again?? last month i thought u already AL what?? " and " you tahan abit la, next month got free time can take break"..fml the cycle never end month after month.

i looked at my AL utilisation history for past few years 90% it was related to health reasons (ex: dotter warded, hospital appointment, take care of kids due to wife bersalin ..and etc) very few case where i use the AL for fun2 stuff

sometime when the wife and kids ajak go vacation i felt really sorry for them bcos i hardly see the chance of taking break.

boss logic be like..
take leave = no responsibility
take leave = lazy
take leave = running away from problem
take leave = you come work or no come also same
take leave = hmmm..lemah

i hate this situation so much

last time i bought h.city when my celery was 4k net, pay installment like rm800/month not really sweating oso as many financial advises that car installment should not exceed 15% of income

let say today i make 8k nett , if i buy 150k car the installment is estimated around rm1600 (still 20% like before) u think will tercedok or not

When looking or survey for a house to rent, is it unethical to ask for d house address?

Just now i kena tiau by d house owner why i ask house no. bcos he said that is privacy information, if really interested lets meet up he said

I ask bcos i just want check the area by myself, if surrounding all good only set next appointment with owner as i don't want to waste time for both party in case i no like it.

I just say sorry2 la me wrong..

later maybe he calm down already, then message me ask my payslip and working background... if i serious only can arrange appointment..wtf?? I never see him y need to give such info.

I run small business from home

I also work 8am~6pm

my small business stocks delivery during weekdays around 2pm~4pm

before this no problem,the security guy allow to drop the parcel at their guard house if the recipient is not at home

this week change new security company and new rules, security cannot accept residents parcel anymore

if nobody at home,courier dont want release the parcel,hence the parcel will return to the hub

hub operating hours until 6pm,im still in office.how to collect?

collect during lunch hour not possible bcos stock came in big boxes and i go office with moto

use company address also not possible bcos company policy no allow use company address for personal stuff

I googled pgeon and postco..nope. their allowed parcel size too small summore they no cover my area.
