Dell error on startup

Dear all sifu,

My Dell laptop has an error not sure cause by any update or how. There's an error occurred everytime I do restart or normal start-up. The error stuck on the Dell preload assessment testing & says video fan test failed. But I have done all testing on the fan by using Dell Support Assist and it shows normal. Same result even I tried update to latest bios.

Any advise on how to fix this issue?

Hi Bros, my company is refuse to pay 2x and 3x for working on weekends and PH. Is there anything or any statement I can argue with my cutie HR according to the Malaysia labour law? For the info from Google, employer must pay 2x for weekend & 3x for PH right. Please correct me if I'm wrong.)
