Application problems regarding PTPTN

I am applying for PTPTN! I am almost done

When I click 'Ya' and 'Ya', I encounter an error.

Anda hanya dibenarkan menghantar permohonan sekurang-kurangnya 30-hari sebelum tarich mula pengajian.(Mengikut surat tawaran IPT)

How do I solve this?

I was offered October intake from UTAR Kampar campus. The second week of October.

The 'tarikh mula pengajian(mengikut sura tawaran)' is: '01/11/2017' which I can't put October.

And, I am quite worried of the 2nd Deadline for PTPTN Loan Online Application

Its validity is 01 November - 30 November as in October Trimester

Number of courses given by UPU

Why do some people received only one course? Why do some received two choices? I am quite curious. Why does that happen? Would it happen for some people to received same courses from two distinct universities? Do some people receive one course then after a few days a new course is given to him as well?

UTeM Electrical Engineering course

Today is the day... The result of UPU is out... I received an offer letter from UTeM. The course is Electrical Engineering. How is it like to study in UTeM. Is UTeM good for Electrical Engineering? Any undergraduate advice are welcomed.
